Listening to Marisa is the most calming part of my day

I was feeling so much demotivated today, however ur video has actually changed my perception. I have changed the way I was looking into things..
Any time I said, "I can't" when I was a child, one of my brothers used to tell me, "Can't has a friend called try and if at first you don't succeed try, try and try again. Keep practicing until you get better at the thing you are trying to achieve." My mother on the other hand kept telling me I was useless. A lot of mixed messages growing up!

My life has changed drastically in a good way. I’ve been listening to your wisdom Marisa for about three months. Epilepsy/Panic attacks/anxiety/suicidal thoughts... I was dying emotionally. Went through counseling. It did help but as you mentioned in one in your videos most therapist just deal with symptoms. It did help anyway. By changing my thinking I haven’t even noticed how a couple of bad habits disappeared.

I came to know about u from Mind valley ad on utube..
Ur guided meditation for forgiveness has helped me a lot from coming out of guilt and regret of my past...i followed it religiously.
Also ur guided meditation for physical healing is great... Its so helpful for me.. Whenever I feel ill or low I just put my earphones and start doing that meditation.. Ur voice is so so peaceful that I can't explain in words...
By following ur guided meditations i have starting feeling that I am so beautiful...

Marissa, I am incredibly uplifted and inspired by all your recordings. I come from Africa. I have spent many years doing what I didn't want to do first. I wanted to help my parents and see them before they died, after a lifetime without them, but that's why I'm now with a blind and very toxic father who seemed reasonable on the phone.
