I started this meditation but it didn't work as expected....it would be better if you spoke a bit slower and allowed enough time for us to repeat the sentences at the beginning. It was too distracting to hear you talk and talk without giving us time to actually feel the words. Hope you can accept the constructive criticism.
It's brain training, not a computer program.
You have to listen several times and get used to the routine. Make it a habit.
