FLAT OUT!!! KTM 1290 SUPER ADVENTURE ON THE ISLE OF MAN 150+MPH

Took the opportunity to open the taps on my KTM Super Adventure 1290 on the Isle Of Man to see what it can do. All legally and the police didn't seem to mind either!

Good stuff mate. One word of an advise from 1290 owner. If you want to get maximum out of the bike, select the Rally mode, select quickest throttle response and set the slip to < 5. If you are particularly in a good mood, select ABS offroad mode (yes on the street, just be careful no rear ABS). With that you will find so much more stopping power, that you won't recognise the bike.

Yeah does help. Easier and improves stability as not pulling on the bars

completely stock? for high speed riding like this on adventure bikes but still offroad capable would you recommend ktm 1290 or multistrada v4? shame s1000xr doesn't go on dirt...

Did you ride suspension on Sport or Auto? I think this suspension makes some wizardy and it feels better on Auto than on Sport.

How do you find the bikes handling over 100mph? I have the same bike and it can feel a bit unstable when I get into 3 digits.
