I had to watch each ball to make sure it wasn't doing anything crazy, and nope, they all go exactly where you would expect them to go, he just made it so it looks like they all stop and go around you. Very very cool.

Props to Ryu for finding all of the hidden hot garbage in that last level *without a level editor download*. That's the type of level you A, boo before winning or exiting, and B use in-game comments to help travelers along and call out said hot garbage.
Hey Ryu, the way that first level was able to make the cannonballs move in circles was by having them move in straight lines. It's actually just an optical illusion, follow the path of any single cannonball and you'll see it's behaving normally. No weird glitches in Mario Maker, just in our brains.

Hopefully they don't make the same mistake next year and do the same stupid thing again. For reference, Arizona and Hawaii do _not_ do DST. Because of this, they're the only two states in the US that live in the modern world. The others are in whatever backwards-ass era they're in, the same as 70 other countries that still inexplicably follow DST

Oh wow, has it really been 4 years since the original Halloween video? You actually played one of my levels in the second Halloween video in 4 years ago. It was a level themed around picking a costume and going to different houses to collect a red coin treat. It was a really cool moment to see Ryu play my level. I just realized how long I've been watching. Its been cool to watch you and this channel grow.Thanks for entertaining everyone all these years Ryu :)
The balls in the beginning didn't spin its just a clever optical illusion. If you track each ball you'll see they all move in a straight line. Its just the placement and timing gives the illusion of rotational motion. Neat trick on the creator's part.
1:10 Optical illusion, no bullet there is moving in any rotational way. They all move in a straight line. But it ends up lookins so close to a pulsating circle that your brain fools you and fills in gaps in movement between the frames to make it look more fluid when that is not actually even what is happening basically. Soooo, basically just the concept behind tons of optical illusions.
