Oh hey. You encountered a pokeword Precision level. If you’re wondering I’m doing Gen 5 with accounts Nate and Rosa, starting from 494 in the national dex. It’s similar to Katz’s and Z7’s pokeword series in MM1.
6:39 is a shyguy level, one of the most active members of team precision. he's working on a series of pokemon word precision levels from gen 5, which is why it starts at I believe 495 (going in chronological order of national pokedex #) and since there's too many pokemon for one account, he has two, including this one. if you're interested in both, I can give you the ID to the other one :)
That Tepig precision level is actually a continuation of a MM1 series by that person. It is actually one of many alt accounts of ShyGuy64, a precision legend :) There are actually all the Pokémon before that in all generations before that, and more in mm2 on a different account.
On the 3DW Time Attack level, I have two things to add for the clear. The first one being the very beginning, you may reset the most just there because you can grab the coin so much faster, it almost makes the second thing I'll point out insignificant. Walk a tiny bit -> Jump -> Groundpound + move to the right -> Jump as you land -> grab the flying coin barely with your head. This is, in my opinion, the most timesave. Only the very beginning. The second thing is the longjump. If you have P-Speed or the "jump continously-speed", adding longjumps has no effect. The only time a longjump has an effect in terms of timesave is when your Boost-Pad-Speed is about to run out or at the end of a conveyor belt. I hope that clears some things up.

#498 Tepig refers to the Fire Starter of the Unova (Gen 5) Pokemon Region. It is the pokedex # of that pokemon. :) There are close to 1000 Pokemon as of the newest region/gen, Galar. @ryukahr
Y'all remember when Ryu didn't recognize that Tauros in the one level from SMM1? And now he didn't realize that Tepig is #498 in the pokedex. This man's pokemon knowledge be slippin'.

the more jumping you do during a speed run the more it slows you down. shortest distance is a straight line and jumping adds lots of curved lines which is eating up your time.
Almost everyone (who plays Mario maker 2) gets impatient with no jump levels they are long and tedious even if they are good. It took him 3 minutes when he first died. Just saying.
Really like your calm attitude man, it changes a lot from other youtubers whose objective is just to laugh and rage loud enough

Super Mario maker 2 endless super expert
One life Hail Mary = *bargaining*
The problem is that Ryu makes this look so easy but I know if I even tried endless super expert my lives would all be gone in the first level
I tried it by myself. 3 seconds in the level an i died. Im not very good :D

Should be 494 (the only dex to not start with the starters), but close enough.
I love how everyone from tp is here :)
Starts with Victini, the #0 in Unova Dex and #494 National right after Arceus, before Snivy #495
