    during winter season while room temp below the setpoint.. how will pressure independent VAV (w/o heater) works... how warm air from Ahu pass through VAV...

    • @engineeringautomation
      @engineeringautomation  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi.. during winter if the AHU is provided with reheat coil, the warm air will be supplied to the VAV’s. Since the pressure independent VAV’s do not close fully and minimum airflow is being supplied to the space always, the room temperature will be maintained. The AHU will supply the temperature at a constant rate…

      Sometimes, when VAV's do not have Electric Heat coil installed w/ unit, the occupancy space may have been designed with heat from occupants and miscellaneous electronic loads, e.g. lighting, computers, refrigerators, etc.

    Hi Sir , i wish to know about Fresh Air Fan system. Can this system work without CO2 Sensors?

    • @engineeringautomation
      @engineeringautomation  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi derrick… it depends on the system you use.. normally fresh air is used to bring down the CO2 level.. so using fresh air fan does not require to monitor CO2 levels
