    Can u please explain about how to check working condition of all BMS sensors by multimeter..

      Hi Jagathees, thanks a lot for your feedback. To check BMS sensor, there are 2 types, sensors which requires external power supply and sensors that do not require any power supply. Sensors with external power can be checked by connecting external power supply and measuring the Output Voltage/current with multi meter. While measuring the voltage cross verify with the data sheet that the read voltage matches with sensor scaling.
      For passive sensors such as RTD, you can measure the resistance and verify with data sheet. For VFC contacts such as DP switched, you can check for continuity on the terminals by activating the DP Switch. Hope this helps. Kindly share and keep supporting.
