For anyone like me that wanted all the questions written out to copy :
    1) How do we 10x our results?
    2) How do we take our 1 year, 3 year and 5 year plans and turn them into 1month, 3 month , and 5 months plans?
    3) What are the most critical things I'm missing?
    4) What are the same problems that I'm running into repeatedly?
    5) If i take a leveraged risk, what is the worst thing that could happen? can i get back to where i am now?
    A) CATASTROPHIC RISK
6)If i only worked 2 hours a week on my business/venture/goal, what would i do?
    7) What if i ONLY could subtract things from my life? What would i have to do to SIMPLIFY my life/problem?
    8) Am i delegating appropriately?
    9) Am i investing a certain % of my income ( the highest possible) back into making more / my business?
    --
    80/20 (MONTHLY EXERCISE)
What are 20% of the activities / people that are producing 80% of what i want ?
What are 20% of the activities and people that producing 80% of my problems?
What 20% of activities / people are taking 80% of my time?
What do i need to do to increase the value of what I 'm doing 10x ?
What has had the greatest positive and negative emotional impact on my life in the last month?
If i accomplish one thing to feel the fay is completed, what is that one thing?
    Steps :
    - Put together a "To Do" List
    - Put together a "Not to Do" list
    - Circle or Highlight the Force Multipliers on Each List

Hey Devin, long time lurker here. This video is a great culmination of some of the older content you used to make, and I really enjoyed it. I even have some of the old videos downloaded as mp3's on my phone so I can listen to them in the car (this one is definitely getting added to that list). The question that resonated with me the most is when you talked about the 20% of things that cause 80% of someone's stress. Couldn't be more true for me. Thanks for articulating these simple, yet impactful, ideas into actionable steps.

The issue with such a detailed, dense, comprehensive distillation of this knowledge is it's hard to unpack and implement all at once. Like you said this is something you've come to know over years of self development. I feel like I'll need to come back to this video a few times to really be able to grasp it all. Thanks for the video Devin, keep it up!

I am in the long term watcher gang.. and these videos help me enormously.
I really appreciate the content you put out especially related to this, because you are such a relatable and accessible person - although I've never tried I always figured if I really needed to ask you something or talk to you that I can and could easily
and as a lurker that's a really cool mental factor that makes the advice and knowledge you share to become more real and attainable for my mind and thinking to comprehend/use.
Never commented before haha, never been more than a lurker but this video is what I needed.
Wanted to mention as well I have a group of friends that I share these videos with that are all personal development geeks from highschool that kept in contact with eachother... Your content is loved and shared by so many people I am absolutely sure that are just like me - never commented or reached out in any way - but absolutely love adore and share physically like a hand written note a lot of the success and PD style content you make.
I know this comment extra stupid fckn long but I figured as a man who knows the secrets of lurking I should share for once as much as possible hope it helps for any reference!!!

As recent CS grad your videos have been a great inspiration for me to pursue side projects. And to continue them even once I eventually find a full time job. There's no reason why I shouldn't be looking to create as many websites and apps as I have time for. Love this video and more of this type of video would be awesome. This type of stuff is not directly related to streaming and media creation in general but applies to a much broader spectrum. Keep up the great work!

Long term watcher gang. I appreciated this. I don't normally watch stuff like this, but this is really on point and helpful.

    Really interesting video.
I heard you mention that you used to read a lot of self-help books in your queue times.
I think it would be a cool idea to make a series in which you basically condense the essence of those books similar to this video.
I remember you did exactly that in some other video explaining the concept of being a fish in the right pond (aka playing in the right league where you can be succesful and not bother fighting the giants in a highly competetive environment). I dont remember the exact video but i think that would make for a cool series.

dude i watch every single video to the end every time. I get a lot of good info from the beginnings, but the BEST info at the end. I never know why that is, but its a fact.
