I love Amazing Cakes!! Great products and customer service. Never tried their cake mixes. I usually get pans, decorating supplies and edible images. The Creme Bouquet is amazing.

Thanks Chef for the tour that’s a big cake supply store. We have a few here. I have so much cake suppliesI am actually was going to donate it because I’m license to bake at home and I really don’t do that anymore. I just do scratch cakes. Good homemade cakes like you do. Like you said, it’s like going in a candy store…lol I still enjoy going to the shop and that would be a wonderful place!

Chef I noticed the "lattice pastry cutter" at the right of you, where you picked up the Lattice Pie Top Cutter/Silicone Pie Crust Shield. All you have to do is wrap the edges of your pie crust with aluminum . Your pie edges will brown perfectly.

I only use it in homemade cakes. The mix doesn’t need any. The mix is amazing by itself. I use 1tsp. That’s all you need
