Made some cornbread (it's Jiffy-Lol) and called it a complete day. Thank you so much. I hadn't made cabbage in years and kind of forgot the recipe. Your meals remind me of home. Thanks for sharing!!

Pass the cornbread and a small scoop of rice on the plate. Yum! Jeffrey, try the same thing using Korean green peppers instead of green bell peppers. Not hot, but way more flavorful than green bell peppers. Leave everything else the same. Also they can be rinsed, dried, and frozen till ready for use.

    • @char8a291

Any Korean grocery store like H Mart, or Asian grocer. They come in green and red. The red is the hot one, but flavorful. I use the green for almost everything! They are shaped like Serrano peppers, but bigger and longer. Smothered cabbage? OMG! So good with Korean green peppers and some onions!

OMG Chef! Amazing. I know it smells delicious but I don’t have my smell. I had Covid in November 29th 2020 and still haven’t got it back as on now 01/23/2022. I can taste thank goodness. Live your channel!!
God Bless your family and you!🙏🏻
