Could you do a video on being POC in the yoga space? Also, how to incorporate the lineage when you’re in a teacher training program that calls the spirituality fluff

Yoga Therapist! 💕❤‍🩹 Requires further education-usually graduate degree. Yoga therapy can usually take 2 routes-psychological or physical therapy. I'm actually about to go back for a masters degree to become a trauma-oriented yoga therapist. The pay is equivalent to a normal therapist.
To be qualified for psychological yoga therapy, one usually gets counseling or psychology graduate degree.
To be a physical yoga therapist, usually I believe they have a kinesiology or PT background. I'm not too familiar with yoga therapy for physical illnesses, but I know it exists.

So I trained with a local studio where I live. If there are studios around you, check them out but there’s also some online programs. I think there are even more now since COVID.

Thank you, and from your years of experience, would taking the 300hr training be beneficial?

I don’t see why it wouldn’t be. Could be a great source for deeper yoga understanding.
