Renowned Buddhist teacher and writer Stephen Batchelor's book The Art of Solitude was released right as the pandemic was taking the world by storm. Though this was a total coincidence, the book's wisdom was particularly apropos as we went into various forms of forced isolation. Join the conversation as Stephen talks to IMCW teacher Trisha Stotler about his extensive experience with the depths of solitude, from meditation retreat to travel experiences in remote places. Stephen credits an open, questioning mind to his ability to be simultaneously alone and at ease.
