Exp does have a new agent training. It’s the Fast Start Series. It’s helps agents get familiar with eXp as well as working with buyers/sellers, business planning, lead generating, and database.
All eXp agents have basic membership to Regus co-working spaces. Additionally, many states have physical office locations. I can’t speak for any other state besides NJ, but we have 10+ offices throughout the state. I’m one of those that thrives in the office environment, but it’s great that I am able to conduct any office-related business needed from anywhere
This couldn't have come at a better time! I am taking the pre-licensing course now and was really looking at these two brokerages as my options. Thank you both!
I was with keller williams . Loved the training no doubt about it. But when you ask for support i don’t find much over there. Now i have switched my licence to eXp and best part about it is i am paying only one brokerage fees for two states ( florida and Washington) as its global realty. Which keller williams doesn’t have option at all as every office operates separately . Plus the group i am with at eXp offer free coaching, business planning help. Lots of support. Plus everyday role play practice. I learned a lot about real estate business after coming to exp. As here in this group no one is looking at you as their competitors. And for bonus i am also getting leads. Whats else can i ask? 😊
Exp is actually 60/40 for your first 3 deals if you are a new agent. Also they have transaction fees of $65 per transaction ( $40 E&O, $25 broker review). They also have a training program for new agents called the Fast Start series. Two other major perks to eXp are the ability to earn stock awards and revenue share.
No, that’s another thing about exp that is so great, the transparency, everyone has the same deal. For a new agent, the first 3 deals are broken down as follows: 60% to agent, 20% to eXp, 10% to mentor and 10% to mentor program/eXp University.
your KW numbers is for your brokerage, in NY White Plains area has a cap of$35k and a split of 64%/ 36% until cap then your at a 70/30 split. While EXP numbers are nation wide, same in every state. And if your a season agent you don't get a mentor and go to straight 80/20 split. No hires the the brokerage they hire the agent...you brand yourself...EXP leads in software for the agent. Sponsor program is better then KW, you get your split before brokerage takes there split.
I would not recommend EXP as a brand new agent honestly. It is definitely for those who are making a killing and want to do their own thing with a team for better splits. Being in a video game kind of world is going to be HARD for a BRAND NEW agent. Keller or other companies offer real life people with actual one on one training. EXP for experienced agents, KW, Remax, Coldwell, etc for new agents.
Some states do have teams with exp that have offices in the area I live in Indiana and we have one here ...which is why I’m considering Exp as an option
I have worked with both Keller Williams (in two states) and I am now with eXp Realty. I have loved eXp Realty so much more! I am an agent in the Tampa Bay Area as well.
For new agents exp also offers a trained top producing mentor! Just make sure if you look to join exp interview different groups to see what they have to offer themselves as well!
I am thinking of taking a real estate course but idk where to start ? Or what counsel I have been looking at aceable agent , what do you think ? Where did you go for your course ?
I like the different type of interview or information you're gaining from the people you have come on your youtube channel. I would say the houses pictured at the beginning of the video is around 15,000
most likely each office operates differently. Either way make sure whoever you interview at both has free training. Just make sure if you look to join exp interview different groups to see what they have to offer themselves as well! The only reason I joined my exp group was for the weekly strategy, marketing, lead gen training meetings. Other groups had nothing additional to offer
I was also not impressed. The broker I interviewed with kept emphasizing the stocks and referral program. I wanted to know more about the training/mentorship and all he said was its all on the campus.
@@crystalrodriguez4600 it just depends who you interview. clearly that person had nothing additional to offer which is a shame they are trying to recruit. My group for example has our own weekly marketing, lead gen, social media strategy meetings we do for free in addition to everything exp offers. As far as additional contract training goes you can work with Top producing mentor your first 3 transactions if you are newer.
@@crystalrodriguez4600 I second that for sure it's the same problem with Realbroker LLC they're similar to exp in several regards I want training, mentorship, and personal relationships I don't care about 80/20-90/10 nonsense nor stocks I need value so I can grow my business and be relevant in the Real Estate market.

Anytime!
Which one did you end up at??!
@@realecassierealtor I actually ended up at Coldwell Banker! Very happy with the decision :)
@@ItsJanelleNicole yay congrats! 🍾
@@ItsJanelleNicole what state do you work in? Maybe I can refer people to you! I’m in CA

Is that a local thing? Its 70/30 in Oklahoma.

@@keithryden2537 maybe it’s different for a team instead of an individual agent?

Did you recently get your license? I just got mine and Im debating on who to go with
i’ve been waiting on this!! i’ve been struggling to choose >.< thank you!
Who did you chose??

I’m looking to getting my license in Florida I’ll be working in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area
Hey Ashley is there anyway I can ask you questions about the 2? I’m in Orlando and I just got my license
I’m also in the Tampa area and I’m starting my real estate journey. Great information
Hope your journey is going well!
did you have to pay for kw training?
Don’t forget 6% royalty fee for KW. So you’re really getting 54% and $64%

I did mine through allied real estate (CA) but license master was great for studying for my test.
Kw will give you a different deal if you have sales experience

I ain’t gonna lie this video was kind of dull 😴 but still informative 🤓
4 deals is incorrect for KW. I only had to do 3 and I signed up with them in October 2019.
I think each office operates a bit differently because they’re independently owned I believe. But overall, they’re pretty similar
KW franchises are independently owned so it varies per office.

@Catina Shonta’ Jones no that info is per office. I'm 80/20 in KW in RI
Great info!
Good info. Talking with Exp today.
Signed last night.
I love your videos
Please help
Spoke with Exp. Wasn't too impressed
What wasn’t impressive about them to you?
would love to know what was lacking for you!

295,000
I’m going to go higher than I think and say $650,000 🤷🏼♀️
