I've been reacting to The Stupendium for about a year or more now, and as a writer and performer myself, I know how you feel. Their production values are just out of this world and since they do most of it themselves (as far as video production, song writing, etc) it's easy to watch their stuff and get a little discouraged, as they just are the top of so many different things. That said...I've definitely stepped up my writing game after watching Stupes, as their production and pen game skills only make me want to be as good as they are.
Bottom line: don't let someone else's skill in something discourage you from doing that thing. If you love it, do it for you...but there's nothing wrong with striving to improve your skills based on someone else's performance. Let that motivate you rather than stop you. That's what I do, anyway.
Regardless...really enjoyed this reaction, and your enthusiasm for the song. Welcome to Stupes' catalog. There's a lot to enjoy there. 😁

@@proflns8558 I like watching folks react to the same songs I have...but I'll usually only watch until after I've reacted to that song myself, as I don't want outside sources influencing my reaction. It's nice tho, as sometimes folks pick up on stuff I may have missed! Everyone has different perspectives, and I think that's cool. 😁

It’s hard to pick a bad song to introduce The Stupendium when literally everything from the Prey rap is an absolute banger.
Don’t restrict yourself to just his FNaF songs, all of his stuff is great!
He steps up his game with every single release, and this was his most recent, so your reaction is understandable.
Regarding creativity stuff… keep in mind your job isn’t to make the BEST, it’s to just keep making! As long as you keep making things, you aren’t failing.
More content is always good, even if there’s “better” shouldn’t mean everyone else should stop.

Was curious on a playwrights opinion on stupendiums production. His writing and performances tell a story in a different particular style/angle in each video. He has 3 fnaf songs, one from early on, fazbear family, another in like the middle of his growth, back together, and then this one here.
I'm just now finding him, so i will need to react to those ones! So far he is doing a great job at telling a story... even if its just the security breach story. His sets and just production all around is some of the best stuff I've seen in the TH-cam space!
@@TylerBuenoMusic agree with you there, a lot of work goes into stupendium projects. My fav one is called shine through, which is more of a heartfelt one in a seanic area. But another good one the check out for his set work is the poppy playtime vid called the toybox.

I've been going around watching reactors react to this video because it's so absolutely amazing, and I think yours may be my favorite. I feel your pain on the writing talent of the Stupendium. Their production values are always amazing. Even their House Flipper song, which was done mostly so they could film themselves fixing up their new house, is a treat to watch and listen to. You're gonna have FUN.
Watching your reaction, that honest amazement of someone who discovered Stupendium for the first time in their lives and never knew was missing them in your life until now - that was awesome and beautiful. Hope you enjoy more Stupendium :) ( I know your video is 7mo when I'm writing this, I'm off to peruse your channel to see if you have any more of those reactions)
When you do get to checkout their DDLC song, make sure to get the original one. There are multiple variations, the original, one in a Minecraft animation style, and an orchestral remix. I personally think the original one is the best.

I have the consistent experience that his songs have more theme/flavor than the games themselves , that he drives at a core , uses his medium to tell the story differently than the medium of the game. But yes he is amazing.

I absolutely love your reaction, not only to this video, but also to seeing Stupendium for the first time. It's so genuine and excited! It reminds me of when I first watched "Way Deeper Down" and "Milk Milk Lemonade" all those years ago.

I wanna see his reaction to A Proper End, a Stanley Parable themed song.
Its awesome how Stupendium says this song not his usual "intricate lyrical style" but it's still really involved and complex, at least to me.
Though his most intricate song where he goes all out that I've heard is "THE DATA STREAM | Cyberpunk 2077" where I could unpack so much in each line.

Please listen to more Stupes! I get the frustration aspect since I try to write my own songs as well (Never being able to finish them, lol) but it's still totally worth it watching his other videos!

to shore up your self confidence (or utterly destroy it depends really) you should watch one of their earlier works, those are a LOT rougher (the spark's always been there though) i personally recommend "a matter of facts" or "chairman of the board"
I'd recommend his frostpunk songs for a cool reaction but pretty much anything of his is great anyway
They go all out in everyone of his videos. I suggest 'Find the Keys' their Bendy and Ink Machine Rap. Try the remastered one, but the first one is good as well.

My recommendation is Find the Keys, from whats been mentioned it was the 'sink or swim' video, if that didnt go well, Stupendium might have given up on his youtube career
