Cherish every moment mate I've just lost my dad. Loved building stuff with him and tinkering with stuff. He was an autograss driver when I was young. I miss him every day
So two engines available and he’s using two front subframes, that’s just asking for a crazy two engined vehicle for running around the fields 😂🤣😂. Totally not practical but when has that ever stopped you Matt 😜 Great little project and now I totally understand where Matt Green gets it from 👍
Matt, suggest to your Dad that he could fit two front subframes and engines, one front and one at the back and then he could compete with the Dual Motor Teslas!
I’m expecting a very warm summer next year so your Dad might want to fit air-con now while he’s got good access. Also sat-nav might be useful if it’s a big farm and your Dad might get lost….
I've been thinking of building something like this, but with Triumph Herald / Spitfire bits. I've got loads knocking around. Might make life easier and use an early 4 speed TR7 live axle casing so I can fit a 4.11:1 diff. Rather than effing and jeffing around with the IRS set up.
He's definitely got a plan, look forward to seeing it again.

Great on Matt love the idea of your Dads just using what you got absolutely brilliant. Just finished some cold KFC leftovers 👍
Fantastic!
Fantastic time with your dad thank you for sharing
Getting it up on wheels asap would be good as it will save bending down so much.
I would go for a twin engine like the old Sahara 2cv
