I enjoyed his talking! His story about the prisoners and his grand mother. The chicken looks delicious. Nice seeing a man cooking. He can cook for me any time ! Sincerely, A lady from the south. Lee
Love the recipe. First time wstcher of yourvideo. Woukd like to see more measurements in this but i can estimate as i cook & bake almost everything i eat. My father was full Sicilian so i learned how to cook. Mama a country cook. I learned both. I make my chicken exactly like yours except i didn't use the lemon & added my sauted garlic. I can smell it, wow. Thawing my chick already. Thanks for sharing. God Bless❤😂🎉😅
Wow! Thanks so much for sharing Rosemary, great to hear! Oh I know I got away from writing down specific ingredient amounts, I always measure from the heart 😂 I’m actually making my Great Grandma’s pizza recipe today. Getting into my roots a bit more. 🇮🇹 🇺🇸 thanks again for watching! Cya next video 😎
Awesome recipe.I use the same exact ingredients including milk or half and half in the egg bath, but have never used the lemon or freezer or sauce, which I'll begin using all 3 now. IG you could have used chicken stock with the milk for the roux. I too mess up dry n wet hands. Sometimes I use tongs. Sometimes I also use DonArepa arepa cornmeal, white degerminated cornmeal, but usually use that just for fried catfish with the flour and P Italian Bread crumbs, which are delish. Yes, I'm sure your Nonna would have liked that story! I had read about small subs transporting drugs. Sad that America's insatiable appetite for cocaine causes so much distress in Central and South America, too. I saw a YT video not too long ago about culinary school for military cadets, I think they were airforce.
Ohh nice nice, yeah I bet that’d be super good on catfish. I don’t think I’ve ever fried catfish myself funny enough. Appreciate the support, thank you!

Great recipe, can't wait to try it! Loved that you showed your mistakes and that even with them the dish is not ruined and can be rescued.

Looks perfect, good on you.
Ayeee appreciate it, thanks!
Love your honesty about messing up. Just means you're human dude. Looks great. But, unfortunately no smellavision yet. 😢😂😊❤
I appreciate that, 100% it’s all part of cooking which makes it more fun. And oh man can you imagine if smellavision existed. Thanks!
Do you gave an actual recipe for this with amounts?
Sorry I don’t, eyeball it all while watching the video and cook with extra love.
Instead of milk use 1/2 & 1/2
Ohhh nice tip!
You gotta keep an eye on that high heat
I know lol I gotta find the balance between watching my food cooking and my camera while I film...will continue to improve!
It’s very nice 👌🏻
Thanks! 😎
But some, chicken broth in it to thin
100% agree that would’ve done the trick, good call
Oooh! Just way toooo much senseless talking
Ouch 🥶
