Do realize the "choreography" is taken either a) from a live performance by the artist or b) from the actual music video by the artist with the exception of the "Single Ladies" choreo. 😮 Also - fun facts Eli is singing in Korean in the BTS song Those are their spouses (except J - cause he wasn't married then) doing the "you should see the size of his wallet" line That was Rek Dunn that handed Earl the sandwich- the guy they dedicated the Halo theme cover to.
Oh, wow! Didn't realize any of those "fun facts" -- I'd heard that Earl's husband was in this, but thought maybe he was the guy that handed Earl the -- whatever it was -- thought it was a doll? It was a sandwich? Now I've got to go and watch it again! Anyway, so it was Earl's husband talking to the wives? Okay, I went back and rewatched, and came back here to say thank you so much for putting this comment -- I watched more closely and caught the things you were talking about. Wow... first however many times through I missed so much! LOL
That is what makes VP amazing - their genre range and commitment /vision to what they want to do with a production - not only the next level vocals, but also the arrangement - and the videos! And to top it all off they sprinkle some goofy funny stuff into every section. I think the dancing might have been challenging but we salute them for doing it all because it was certainly awesome - as well as the seamless transitions you mentioned. Afaik Eli also did the lighting. They have done a shed loads of medleys - worth checking out! 🕊
Thanks for your reaction! Yes, this one was fun and I enjoyed it for the same reasons you did. I know you checked out Voice Play's past covers from 'Nightmare Before Christmas' but Geoff dropped a new one on his solo channel a few months ago that is amazing- "Jack's Lament". Voice Play also has a new mini/short that will probably post to the public on 'You Tube' this coming Friday that you will love.
Great reaction. This is one of the very things that draw me to these adorkable geeks, they take the music seriously but never themselves. The BTS for this is hilarious and well worth the price of admission. Amazon is where most of their costuming comes from, then a few times a year they have auctions for props and clothing etc for local charities. Wait till you see the "Dad" dancing coming up later this month...but the music!
"Dad dancing" -- yes! I'm adopting this term.😂 There is one move I expected to see but not from the person who did it. I'm laughing just remembering! Can't wait until they release it!
Great reaction!! Some people don't know that Geoff worked (and met his wife Kathy) at one of the theme parks in Orlando, FL... he's said he was hired for a dancing role, not so much singing, which is crazy to me... Love this whole group in every iteration they've had.
If you want to go back and check, they have the bands as part of the timestamp/timeline if you hover there with your mouse. Wonderfully positive reaction as always :)
The last song was actually by BTS and it was so impressive that they not only incorporated part of the choreography but also sang in Korean! I don't know whether you know BTS, but it would be amazing if you could check them out, if you enjoy amazing vocals as well as rap, I think you would really enjoy them. You could also just start with this BTS song featured in this medley which is "Fake Love"
I am very old, so the Beatles and Frankie Valley were about the only ones I recognized. Didn't matter, they are so talented! They have done variations of this for years. On stage they obviously did not do the costume changes and only some of the choreography, but still, An audience favorite.
From the live videos of the on-stage versions, they not only did different songs from these, but had a cute/funny ending about 'How to Build a Boy Band'

Please, also note that in "Fake Love" (BTS, the last song), Eli is singing in korean !!!
Great reaction. This is one of Voiceplay fun one's.

I love this one, it’s so fun and they are always so entertaining. I was surprised to see Geoff and Eli do so well with the dancing. 😅

This is one of my favorites! Although, I also love Queen in 5 Minutes.

I love this VoicePlay medley. My favorite part is the Beyonce “Single Ladies” choreography to “Walk Like a Man”. Cracks me up every time!
The transitions were phenomenal. Holycrap! That was jam packed and the harmonies were more complex than they seemed at first.
I just love the little bits of humour they put in this as well as the amount of effort with all these costume changes ❤

Musically was fantastic, the humor outstanding, the harmony the best. No matter what they do it's all GOOD! ♥ Thank you!
great reaction to one of their funniest medleys
Not a huge fan of all of Voiceplays songs but THIS is my favorite. Such a freaking jam and sits so well in their wheel house.
This is one of my 'happy' videos when I need a smile. And today I desperately needed a smile, so thank you so much for another great reaction!
The best accopella group
I love the older stuff, some of the newer stuff I heard for the first time on this video. Enjoyed the reaction!!
That was great!!! I enjoyed all of them immensely.
Great choice, reaction, & comments!
The black guy who walks by and drops off the sandwich if the one Scott Porter talks about at the end of the Halo video, after the song.
I love this video so much. I’m glad you watched it.
Can you realize all the permissions and royalties involved in this video?

If you have seen Halo, you will want to know that Rek who delivered the sub sandwich to Earl there at the lighted trash can.
Why the look in new kids on the block? 😆🤣
I reckon they have just glued LED lights on the shoes… 🤔 At least I would…
