How to make traditional hand made wood filler.

In this video I show you how to make hand made traditional wood filler with sawdust, water and wood glue.
I'm using it to restore damaged, over-tacked wood on a piano stool, but you could also use it for other projects.

Thanks for that little tip I was just debating wether you could use sawdust I'm doing floorboards that has woodworm, I think, so I treated them with woodworm treatment 1st, and now I will try fill them with this It could be borers, or it's moisture under the floor So I'm thinking of trying to ventilate under the house maybe I'm not sure but thanks again for the tip

Thanks for your comment. I'd definitely try to find out what the cause is and try to fix that, or you might have more problems going forward. I've not tried the wood filler on floor boards, so I don't know how it would work if it gets heavy traffic on it, but it does give a hard finish on chairs. Good luck, and hopefully, you can find the cause.

2 tbs saw dust
4 tbs water
squeze water through wet linen
1.5 tbs of wood glue

I use 1.5 teaspoons of Gorilla wood glue. This works for me.
