I wanted a 1ss 1 Le. With the tremic 6 speed . Started the order process in 2022. 1ss 1LE cars were on constraint. The middle 0f 2022 production. So it switched over to 2023 order process. 1ss orders were still on constraint. So changed to a 2 ss to get the car. They picked up the order and built it. All of this was when the dealer had allocation to get the car built, So if your dealer does not have allocation from GM your car will not get built, And if certain options are on constraint your car will not be built, even if the dealer has allocation, Peace love the car , you don.t need the 2ss extra crap. You do need the 1LE package , It is a steal for what you get for the price,

Yes, thanks to Jerry Ward!!
2022 2SS 1LE M6 built by Zac Lamb. car build date was 2-22 thank you Zac.
@infidel6687, thanks for the comment. Glad you got one! Love my 2SS! No one around me has a 1LE so I always get looks from everyone especially Dodge and Ford owners. 😉👍🏻
Just got a 2021 ss 1le , Jennifer Cline built mine! 😌 and I’m in south tx!
@Michael Seth Garza, Congrats on the new beast in your garage, you will love it! Thanks for sharing! 😉👍🏻
My 22’ SS 1LE has it.. never knew about it bought it 2 weeks ago.
So it is confirmed that these were for the Corvettes? Does it have a little more power? And these are hand built vs non hand built if it doesn’t have the badge?
Do you have a stick or auto 1LE? The the SS 1LE got the auto option in late 2020.
@@Stupidboi1 6 speed
The car was built the week of feb 27, 2023, It was dropped off at the dealership on March 8th 2023
@mikelloyd589, so happy that you finally got it….before they are gone!! Thanks for sharing!
You do need the 1LE package , It is a steal for what you get for the price,
My car is built, finally! When it gets to me, who knows LOL
@Joe Smith, hopefully soon!! 😜🤞🏻
No way! Have to find it
These are only in SS 1LE. And possibly ZL's with stick.
My 2021 1SS M6 has the badge (Kathy Walker).
I’ll see if this is on my 2018 2SS 1LE 1LE! Pretty cool
@Sasnar Dash, sounds good...let me know! 😉👍🏻
Pissed 🤣🤣 2018 my 1SS M6 doesn’t have it.
@Alex Geihsler, it’s all good! You still rocking a 6.2 M6 mean machine🔥🔥🔥
Is there still the transmission issue with the tr6060 ? I heard it was hard to shift from 1st to 2nd...
@Thomas Williams, as far as I know, the Tremec issues are a thing of the past. I don’t have issues with mine. These cars just need to be shifted at higher shift points than your standard manual transmission.
Still has the skip shift at low rpm for fuel mileage. 1st to 4th.
Go faster or hit 3rd gear it wants 4th but thsts a dog gear at 20 miles a hour .1st 3rd getting on it ...or a slow roll from 2nd will fly .
I been banging gears for Over 47k miles. Not one issue with my Tremec.
@@joelpierce3940 i go 1st to 3rd, 4th is a dog .
I got one as well it’s a manual LT1 by debi Lewis
@Jim Carnell, nice!! Thanks for the share. What year do you have?
2020 1le, don't got it 😩
@Hot 1le, Really!?! Was yours an early 2020 sold in 2019? I’m curious to know your manufacture date on your door sill.
our engines were built by the same person!!!
@Tone2ss, wow!! 🤩 Go team Hodge!!
Hey are you a-a-Ron on camaro6 if you are hit me up I want to buy something your selling and camaro6 won’t let me message you
@Brent Green, I am on Camaro6 but not as a-a Ron. I am Average Hero there too. Sorry🤷🏻♂️
Have a 2020 1ss it was assembled by zack lamb🇺🇸 it is a m6..
@Joe Mccarthy, Nice!! Thank you Zack Lamb for assembling Joe’s Beast!! ‘Merica 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
So, if we have the plate, would we be able to replace the Camaro plastic covers with Corvette covers since the engine was made for a Corvette, without feeling like posers? 😂
@Erick Carillo, not going to lie, I actually thought about doing that too! 🤔😁
@@AverageHero seems it would be legit to do, justified I'd say
It’s your car, do what you want! 🤘
Shit that is so cool!! I have an 18 1LE so I know I’m not worthy lol 😂
@Chad Clark, what!?! Of course you are worthy…you have a badass 1LE!!
That is cool.
@LSx Motorsports, thanks! I thought so too and wanted to share. Thanks for the comment. ✌🏻😉
I actually have the A10 1Le and have the badge
@Greygoose1le, really! You are the first A10 that I have heard of having it! Awesome! Thanks for sharing!
@@AverageHero yes there is not many 2021 A10 1Les out here
Dude had a Toyota.
🤷🏻♂️
This is might be the only reason why I would buy a 2020 or 2021 SS 1LE.
@Amaar Kirat, Really!?! 20/21 over older year 1LEs or over any Camaro. Just trying to understand the statement. I love my 1LE and its LT1. Basically the exact same engine between Camaro and base Corvette, just thought it was a cool fact to share.
@@AverageHero yeah well I meant having a hand assembled engine is probably less likely to be a lemon or issues then one mass produced.
Honestly got my thinking the same thing. I break engines and transmissions professionally. I need something strong. I’ll look at only 2020+ and look under the cover before I buy
