If i may add a sneaky comment... go to pitch axis and create a correction to your pitch more or less -10 i think then she will fly level aswell... reason for -10 is because axis is inverted....
Oh nice tip! it is like trimming but works with SAS Damping! the thing is around 10% was little when my wings loaded with bombs, and 10% was too much with clean wings .. sadly there is no shortcut for it to change it without pressing Esc then controls while flying :(

@@Hunter_i86 yes it works well on the a4 for me as the nose always dips down so by doing that i can still use damping and its like you said also a trim.. than obviously when you fly something else just correct the correction again other wise youll be fighting the nose all the time..

Just switch to 3rd person on the runway. Use switch mission bombing target to select the base you want using the map to verify the position. Take off and climb as high as possible, when you start to get near the base dip down and visually locate it. Line yourself up and pray you’re on course, or dive bomb. Don’t bomb runways in Sim because you need to actually hit the runway or the buildings to cause damage and get points. If it doesn’t hit a building or the runway you get NOTHING.
I actually have the most gains in Sim from CCRP base bombing in the A4E Early by just lining myself up visually or using the map lol. I spent a LOT of time doing it even though I got no research RP because I wasn’t at Tier 5 yet haha.
Wait a minute! You can see selected target in 3rd person view in SIM before take off?
That’s a game changer for planes with no targeting pod with thermals.

Eyeballing bases seems easily possible for me. It could be that I am missing something. Could you maybe tell me what you mean with the benefits?
@@randomv3iwer You don't need a targeting pod in order to set a bombing target. You can just use the binding for designating a target by aiming at it. As such I don't think it's a game changer really, it just provides you with another way of doing things.
I don’t recommend climbing low and fast if you need to make a pass go for it stay as fast as possible pitch up then down have a 2 second delay I find this to be quicker way to earn xp
Of course if you wanna play it safe and enjoy the flight climbing is ok it’s just risky with the contrail

I don't really use CCRP with high drag bombs bc the time on target is way longer, you need to be almost over the target to drop, enough time for you to get yeeted by AAA
Using them with CCIP then (on other planes)? Same thing .. the sight will come too late and you might crash, at least with CCRP you can drop them while level fly.
@@Hunter_i86 oh yeah, that's why I don't see much use on high drag bombs in general. I think that if you are sure that there is no AA threat CCRP with the Walleye sight is the most accurate solution.
@@-srgalleta-9181 I mainly like them for fast movers that are great for taking out bases, such as the F-4s and F-105D. As for the rest I use Snakeyes in role-play presets for certain Vietnam War era CAS aircraft, like the F-100D and A-1H, possibly A-7D as well. In case of the A-1H it's mostly in combination with Mk77 napalm bombs, to kinda get the effect of cluster bomblets being dropped by a Sandy.

in DCS the CCRP of the A-4E is more radar based, you point down, point to the target then hold bomb release, pitch up a bit fast then the ballistic computer will automatically send the bombs out mid pitching up, 80% of the time its accurate

Also how do you activate boosters on command. I have assigned boosters to a key but asoon as i start my engine booster ignite automatically....

Can you try B29 with 4000lb bombs, they even have much bigger explosion than 3000kg bombs on tu-4 somehow
I'm surpised how stable you are in your flight. When i tried the A4's in Sim they we're constantly roling to the left or right side, like If the center of gravity is lying in top of the plane

Hey buddy! Thank you for this valuable intel. 2:44 in case of Maverick missiles when stabilizing TV camera on target and firing, in my case, it stays locked on the same spot even after target is destroyed, and cannot lock on other targets without having the camera violently swivel to the previous locked on position.
Any recommendations to remedy this situation? Key binds for air-to-ground or fire selection mode?

Do you have any idea how to get trought FF in sim battles? :D Yesterday i installed WT because of you, just to have some fun in SB, but i still got fucked by friendlies with premium F-4S's so it was more stressfull then enjoying. :D
1- Use a plane with IFF radar
2- Try to report your location every now and then by pressing (T - 4 - 1)
3- Friendly fire mistakes happen, it is a fact try to accept when playing sim
4- If you feel you have totally stupid players in the battle, just leave and find another room.

can you do a guide for GBU, Laser guided bombs ins simulator battles ?
Somehow I have issues with teh F-14b to track targets.
What I do:
1) activate targeting point
2) Enable laser
3) Drop when its below the 18000 m mark (if its above this mark it just blinks)
I tried it from 10km and none of the bombs tracked. Also from 8 or 6 km.
somehow if i am low enough it tracks something like 3-5 km

Hello Jelson, sure .. you need to do the "point" word method .. after lock a target and laser ON from far distance, start diving on the target .. the "point" word will appear next to GBU at left top part of the screen when you reach to around 7km if you were carrying GBU-16, when you see the "point" word hit the release button. Q: I usually use napalm bombs for base bombing because of less weight + more damage.
Could it be that napalm bombs don’t travel like the usual bombs and instead falls pinpoint down?
Napalm bombs without fins do indeed decelerate faster than Snakeyes

In real life the Skyhawks would sometimes drop bombs from such low altitudes that they would almost touch the ground, while this came with risks, it allowed them to put the bombs right on target. They were also used to take out AAA and SAM with cluster minutions, as that's what one does in the Vietnam War. Hehe

Choose what quantity to drop, 2-4-8 bombs or series.
