I always think about things like that when looking at stuff. Like rocket engines are so complicated but someone designed it.. I think it’s a series of improvements from a simple initial design over a long period of time and we’re looking at the finished product amazed how someone thought of it all. Engineering is amazing to me.

Cam - I know you love to pull every last nut and bolt apart. But your'e making a rod for you own back. Example pull the clutch as an assembly - put a cable tie through every thing and put it aside until reassembly. The same goes for two gear shafts, the moment you split the cases - cable ties around bearing ends so the washers and gears cant drop off. Don't pull the gear shift detent apart - keep it as an assembly and so on.

Did I miss something or did you put the kick starter spring in a hole on the surface between the case and cover...maybe the hole in the case to the right? I think that hole in the case is for a pin to line up the cover...perhaps.

Try to shake for a few seconds your blue locktight before use. It looks very liquid on your video.
The same happened to me until I start shaking. You will notice it will be more thick and bluer, locking the nuts as it's suppose to.

One thing I noticed that you did was wrong that shaft collar that you put in on the crank and it rides on the seal. I noticed it had a groove all the way around it.this ride on you crank seal. Rule of thumb is if you could feel it with your finger it needs to be replaced this is what blow s your crank seal and make your bike smoke really bad in your motor will not clean out. That shaft collar is a $44 part.
