I went to my silver dealer and purchased all of his available Walking Liberty Half Dollars. He had $164 face value and knowing that he rarely picks through them, I decided to buy them all in hopes of maybe adding a few upgrades to my album, or possibly scoring a better date or two. I did not expect to find so many more valuable half dollars in this purchase... In this video, I will search through all 328 Walking Liberties from the bag. I will be looking for key dates, semi key dates, upgrades, and of course and varieties within the years I hunt. Hopefully you all enjoy this video! Other than the no & partial dates themselves, are there any other markings that can help ID the date? On the 1916 SLQs I know there are, but not sure about the Walker halves.
Thanx for dumping the silver at NORMAL SPEED , Rob ! When you slo-mo it , the sound gets me like fingernails on the blackboard.....gives me the willies !
Between your older "junk" silver hunts I've been watching and this one, then it's time for me to go to my LCS!! You're giving me the bug again!! Have a Great Day My Friend!!!
Awesome finds I heard through your live Kennedy hunt on Friday of this purchase. I was waiting in anticipation to see all that SILVER. It was worth the wait glad to watch and happy hunting. 👍
Yeah the 3 1919's and 1916 woooo I tried to bid I was a second behind on 175 then the 200 then a jump straight to 300 I was out before I could start that went crazy quick and congrats again @Teacher1388 for the great coins
I love Walkers! Beautiful design, and it's my 2nd favorite American coin. Love that you got a 1916, 1917-D Obv. mintmark, all 1919 Walkers, and some XF-AU ones. Happy hunting! 👍
Rob. As a collector, I like to fill the empty holes in my albums. Your best video series in my opinion was the recent Lincoln cent roll hunting Jefferson Nickel to fill out that album. It let's us see the end result of your hunts. The other roll hunting videos are nice, but it's just stacking. In this video, it would have been nice to see your album and the upgrades side by side. Please do more videos that have the intent to fill albums. Thanks.
That "dateless" D obverse sure looks like a 1916.I can see what looks like a 6,and it is in the proper position for that date.I actually have a 16 D obverse,so that's why I'm certain.
That bag 'o Walkers was just pure Silver Beautiness. I'm curious if anyone sorts through rolls of junk Silver that they buy from online dealers? I leave 'em in the wrappers now, but I opened the first couple I got and put them in tubes. I figure the dealers have already checked for key dates and varieties. But that big bag was just screaming for Robb to find the Treasure - and I'm glad he did!

Hey Rob I was wondering if you could tell me where to find what the value might be for a 1969 series 1dollar star note. The star note look up on the internet only goes back to 1981A and I can't find anything comparable on eBay. Thank you for any help you may have.

A discovered error does occur, but it's Obvious that the scraping was used to tried to make the autograph look like it was missing. But even if it is a discovered error, it requires certification or it's just junk silver.
Agreed on the slo-mo's in the other vids, but the valuable finds is reason enough to not "dump out", but they're his coins, so his decision on whether to preserve their condition or add to the scratches. Personally, since the sound is 'punch-the-wall irritating' to me for the slo-mo's, I just skip ahead after the intro to the coin search... kinda like "if you don't like the show, change the channel." ;-)

Always love watching when you do a video on junk silver
Nice hunt! First year Walker is a great find! Keep hunting!!
If I ever had a bag of silver like that to go through I would feel like Ralphie in the Christmas Story on Christmas morning.

Yeah the 3 1919's and 1916 woooo I tried to bid I was a second behind on 175 then the 200 then a jump straight to 300 I was out before I could start that went crazy quick and congrats again @Teacher1388 for the great coins

I love Walkers. I hit my LCS up for his junk silver quite often and got a good start on my Walker collection.
Darn, didn't start watching within the first minute, but hey, I'm still watching!
Same here.
Golly! You made out great with that hunt! I hardly have any walkers. Id do anything for a 16. I have only one 17 and its slick as can be. Lol

That "dateless" D obverse sure looks like a 1916.I can see what looks like a 6,and it is in the proper position for that date.I actually have a 16 D obverse,so that's why I'm certain.
Yeah - I agree 100%. I actually think it is a no-doubter 1916-D obverse but didn’t want to say got certain.

That bag 'o Walkers was just pure Silver Beautiness.

Nice pickup and finds.
This video is Amazing!! Keep it up rob 😃
Way jealous! I'm working on my Walker collection.
All Aces with this episode.
I love, love, love, junk silver
1916P great find.Should be a key date with only 600,000 minted.
Other than the no & partial dates themselves, are there any other markings that can help ID the date? On the 1916 SLQs I know there are, but not sure about the Walker halves.
I live in Canada and I just found my 6th 1800 nickel!
NICE!
What year/s?
All my 6 Canadian nickels in the 1800’s are in 1859, 1867, 1871, 1891, 1893, and 1898
I think I see a 6 on that one you're having trouble with
Can you make a playlist of all of the videos that are like this one???!!
walking liberties for your collect see own!!!
Hey Rob I was wondering if you could tell me where to find what the value might be for a 1969 series 1dollar star note. The star note look up on the internet only goes back to 1981A and I can't find anything comparable on eBay. Thank you for any help you may have.

I know!
Keep it up
I love these videos🤤🤤
Wow so epic
Nice pickup - always fun to see a haul of "junk" silver. Any chance you wanted to swap a box of pennies - check your email.
Need so many of those for my album lol
Rob to the left of the foot on the no date, you can see the top of a 7, so I would bet its unfortunately a 1917.
Nice
Walkers from the walking dead get away rob!
I like how he said (JUNK) lol
6:05 That's a contact mark from another coin's rim
Nice brotha
Ok so once you take the ones you don t have in your collection then what do you do with what is left? Do you sell them? online or to a dealer?
I use them on my streams.
Nice!
A discovered error does occur, but it's Obvious that the scraping was used to tried to make the autograph look like it was missing. But even if it is a discovered error, it requires certification or it's just junk silver.
Hey Rob how are you and also what is the rarest coin you own
Do you have any of your nickel mats in stock?
Yes on my site - RobFindsTreasure.com/whats-for-sale/
Where on earth do you buy these from in that quantity?
How did I miss this video ... smh 🤦🏻♂️ shame on me .... lol
Hi
Hi brother - been a bit!
So how much did you make?
I would have spent about $2500.00 for them
Do you ever nicadate any of those
Not silver - it’ll just blacken in at not show a date.
😲😲😲😲😲😲😲
First again brother
Not being rude, but I don't really like the slow motion. It takes too much time tbh.
Double tap on the right of your screen it skips 10 secs
No slo motion in this video...
I love the slo mo
so YOU'RE the one who bought them all up
SUBSCRIB
We know who has the money
16 is worthless in that worth AG condition - basically silver, the book value wouldn't sell looking like that
That coin Is a1938 D !,!,,,,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,!!!,!!!!,”’!!!,,!,!,!,
I so disagree with 90% being called junk
First again
Close!
Close
I was sorry
How valuable if I’m not buying these things? If nobody wants to buy it worth’s zero
