when you tear it apart you will find that the bearing has been blown apart and the little bearings are everywhere getting jammed and preventing wheel from turning, very dangerous can flip the quad if that tire locks up which it will eventually. dont drive it till its all rebuilt with new seals.

I have a99 that 4x4 drags or stays locked and pulls hard to the left... would that be the hillard clutch issue or something else? Thanks for any guidance

I replaced mine, verified voltage and checked that it engages. When I put it all back together and run the 4wd the axle spins but the hub does not..?? Idk why it's not spinning the hub. Any ideas??
