as an obr player i mostly like this index, at least in comparison to 4e indexes in general. I have some minor complaints - karakros's melee attacks should start weaker & get stronger when he's lost wounds not the other way around, mortek guard have anti-synergies with katakros and the anti-charge relentless discipline ability that need to be fixed, stalkers' melee weapons should be -2 ap, etc etc. but it's relatively minor stuff, and the bigger complaints - like foot infantry blocks not really holding up next to cav & fliers, or too many abilities where you roll a d3 and on a 1 nothing happens - are broader 4e problems not specific to this index. the points increases in the recent update are fair, and the harvester qol fix is appreciated, though it still probably won't see play outside of spearhead as it exists to support morteks but it isn't bringing anything to the table that just more morteks wouldn't do better, and morteks themselves aren't really worth fielding in the first place in the current environment imo.
A Strategoi breakdown? Yes please!
