I really enjoyed seeing how DIFFERENT Adele was when she was actually herself, fun, childish and warm. That's why David could never look at her or have sex with her, because he didn't recognise her anymore and he also looked completely different when he was in love with the real her. Very clever.....Same as how Adam reacted when she went to pick him up from his dad's. He literally knew straight away. Brilliant
Right cause his real moms would have ran up to him and hugged him but his fake moms just stood there like okie now son. But real moms always says Adam not son. Her last words were Adam.
David sealed his own fate by giving Adele a ' Hippy book about dreams' to help her cope with night tremors which complained about. It was in this book that she learns about lucid dreaming and astral projections. She eventually teaches Rob, who used it to kill her.
Yeahh real Adele was truly believe David and let David do anything he loves, but Rob was so obsessed and he stalk David wherever David go. Poor Adele and David...

Omg, the smile that came upon her face after Rob was able to obtain her body. Literally gave both me and my boyfriend the chills! And I typically never get that creeped out by a lot of things.
All of the warmth and naturalness has disappeared. She's artificial and strange. Poor Adam indeed! :(

It makes so much sense why Adele was so different in the present vs flashbacks. She had this serene energy that Rob tries to impersonate, but without her warmth and earnestness it just comes off as creepy/detached.

Eve really did such a fantastic job portraying Adele’s carefree, joyful nature. And that joy is absent in Adele/Rob for sure!

One thing I realised was the idea of them lucid dreaming for them to be in/go to their happy place - Louise’s was her old home and being on a green field with Adam and David, and whenever it showed Adele lucid dreaming, she would think of the forest and the well, and thats actually Rob’s happy place because it was the pivotal moment to him being able to take Adeles body and live her life, basically the start of where he gets what he wanted and thats why he always thinks of that place.

The first time "Adele" and David made love it really broke my heart and i thought he was a shit human being and i was so mad at her for submitting herself to that kind of loveless marriage, only to find out his was the most heartbreaking story.
New Adele lost the depth of her character and were acting shallow and strange. He was able to pick up the negative energy, but could not quite put his finger on it, because it was spiritual.

This was a really good and twisted series, I finished it last night and I still can’t get over it.
The most chilling scene for me is when the medics came and Louise (Rob) tried to force himself to cry to show emotion, but no tears came out and he smiled a couple of times. That was like super creepy.

I think he did but he was also very jealous of Adele's life. When he goes into her mansion and says wow a life being rich and all this and that and seeing that she was happy in love. She had a "perfect "life and Rob didn't. He may also have been jealous of Adele's personality to begin with too. The jealousy got to him. Jealousy is the true evil in all of this and he was too weak to let it go.
It doesn't make sense why Rob would want to stay with David who does not love her/ him. You inhabit a beautiful body and you are wealthy! Find someone else..
Rob was envious and infatuated with Adele and her life; her beauty, having real love and wealth. He fell in love with David the moment he finally met him. When he realised how much David genuinely loved Adele, he knew he wanted him and wanted to be loved the same way by him. So he figured out a way of doing so; possessing Adele's body...but that wasn't enough because David stopped loving Adele the moment he realised she lost her "shine" which was actually her soul, mind/ personality... ALL GONE!
Rob also loved Adele, and envied not only her position but her body. When he was in the tub he spoke of her body as if it's was separated from her.

To me it wasn’t that question, but how he reacted to her answer.
It could be a genuine curiosity to see what growing up with a different background would be like.
However, for most people that curiosity would vanish if your best friend said that the qualities you envy make her feel lonely.
He is completely indifferent to her pain because he doesn’t experience loneliness the same way.
She empathizes with him constantly and Rob just…can’t.
Rob-Louise also wore high heels, whereas the real Louise said when she was walking Adam to school how much she disliked those.
I hate Rob so much I can't even re-watch the show.

Lousie is dead. Season two gonna be about how Rob louse kills Adam to keep David for himself sumhow David finds out or maybe Rob would Astral project into David and kill Louise body with David's Astral spirit. Just because they don't show us doesn't mean everyone can't Astral project some are just more aware about it than others.

That’s what I’m thinking. The fact that Rob didn’t let Louise (in Adele’s body) burn in the fire and it was never indicated whether or not Louise (in Adele’s body) actually died from the overdose. The body didn’t burn. David never said she was dead. He just said “it’s finally over”. I think they’re leaving it open for season 2. I really hope there’s a chance for Louise to still be alive and get her body back.

Exactly! I finished this today and I've been wondering if ''Adele'' knew about Louise's night terrors and orchestrated her chance meeting with David at the bar. If not, she thought up her entire plan the moment Louise told her about her night terrors and she gave Louise the notebook. It seems like too good of a plan to think up all that in a second, not to mention it seems like she got lucky..
The moment Louise and David meet at the office for the first time Louise actually said ''what are the odds?'' so I was expecting to see an explanation on how Adele planned their meeting from the start.

The way the show messed me up🙃. I don't even want a second season. Don't get me wrong, it good. But wow I have never hated a character.
The clue was in the name. Rob short for Robbed as in Rob Robbed Adele and Louise of their lives just so he can continue his love affair with David

I have read so many comments regarding this series, and what surprised me how NOBODY mentions that it was wrong and dangerous to sleep around, not to mention sleeping around with a married man. And, goes the same for David, sleeping around with other women. No wonder so much evilness was around them, they attracted evil spirits while sinning. I guess, this is a normal thing to do at this time and age.

Adele couldn’t have kids also. Using Louise body as a transformation was a plus. Because Louise already had a biracial son. So David was getting everything he always wanted in a family. Rob ( Adele, now Louise) had the money, the son and finally DAVID. That is until David realizes that Louise has changed. Then he will be miserable…again.
yes he will but this time he has a choice to leave because the only reason he stayed with ROB/ADELE was because the watch was in the well with robs physical body so it would've been easy to frame David and get him sent away for murder. Although rob is now in Louise body now nothing would stop david from leaving because he cleared his name when the real Louise sent that letter I feel the only thing that would stop him from leaving is him wanting to protect Adam from Rob/louise. in my opinion but not for sure just a theory

Loved the series so much. I already watched it thrice for a better perspective in the series. Hoping there'll be a season 2 that'll show how Rob will treat Adam and David as Louise, as well as shed some light on the missing pages in his notebook. There could be more to it other than his infatuation with David and Adele's life.
It's a mini series so I don't think it'll be a season2. I feel heartbroken for Adam too..
Don't think they'll be a season 2 just like how there willl never be a Get Out 2. I also think the missing pages detailed Rob's feelings for David and the step by step guide and plan to possess bodies, Adele's specifically.
I see. I guess that's what makes the series good, too! The haunting and creepy thought of David and Adam having to live the rest of their lives with Rob.

I have a LONG scenario I believe would make a great second part if they decide to make one....let me know your feed back if you want and if you want to read it HERE IT GOES: Adele's spirit is either somehow locked in the watch (yes the watch is a non living object but symbolizes time, which doesn't exist in the spiritual realm) and David was always being threatened by Rob that if he says anything Rob/Adele will go to the police. Finally a forensics investigation gets a lead to this well and discovers the watch and remains of "Rob". Being a old watch and antique and quite expensive a person inside the police unit steals it from evidence and sells to a pawn shop, the old man at the shop restores its quality, and the watch starts which allows Adele to escape that (prison of timeless void) and her spirit wonders the lands with a her memories up to that well still intact, she also finds a pigeon and enters it, wondering what ever happened to David. Due to her method of leaving the body and connecting with a meta physical world she and louise are able to "feel" one anothers presence from far away. They're life energy drawn in. She flies in search of this powerful feeling, as Louise also not in her human body still a human soul is more away of the recent transactions and occurrences of Rob and David mentally brings Adele up to date. Adeles body is in a hospital, she never died but is in a coma on life support, and Louise knows this and told her but didn't enter the body because she will not awaken due to the effects of the over dose and she wanted to keep an eye on Adam awaiting for Rob to ever leave the body she would have an opportunity to absorb back. Adele is heart broken by what Loiuse informed her, and decided with her knowledge to go to her body in the hospital and enter evern though she will not awaken for a indefinite time. Loise realizes that the real Adele was TRULLY alone because for 10 years she's been taken away to a timeless void and no one ever knew where she was and how much she truly loved David. Louise felt more terrible of the true reveal that she thought Rob was alone but in fact he passed Adele's body and the real Adele is the one who truly loves David. Loise at all costs will never leave her son and a mother will do anything to protect their child she learns a new method to enter the door of another person's dream with the right energy level and thought process only when that person is dreaming and feels totally comfortable. Since Rob is now married and truly happy he fell asleep and dreamed of the door and had no reason to leave the body, but Louise portrayed a person with drugs that could give Rob the highest euphoria imagined and wanted him to join on the other side, Rob was more than willing which was a trap once he went through the door. Louise had a door in her mind that was her version of hell that would lock Rob away causing him to astro project from her body and she regained control. Louise awoke and looked at David crying of joy and he awoke looking at her "why are you crying" and smilled. Louise said I've missed you so much, and David said you were always here. And she said no, I really was not I haven't been myself but I truly see the good man you are where's Adam. David called for Adam and Adam was hesitant to see his mom and she with such tearful joy said come her you and hugged him and played with him and Adam asked mom you seem different, youre back to yourself I thought I lost you I don't know what happened....and she answered "maybe I changed" and this time the close up on her eye was of love not evil. However....she realized the real Adele was at the hospital and later that night she went to sleep and entered another dream world where she met Adele again. Adele asked if Rob was gone, Louise smilled and said yes, I got him, he will no longer take away all the wonderful things from us ever again, im so sorry you had many years taken from you but I want you to come thru this door with me, please. Adele said I cannot do this again, I rather stay in my body and if I don't make it then I am at least myself. Louise said no, trust me, I want you to finally be happy again. Louise entered the door, and looked back with her arm extended, Adele grabbed her hand and walked through and felt a warmth shen never thought she could feel and then awakens in the hospital to see david alone and crying and she had that shine as she had years ago again and David knew right then she was her true self. Louise had revealed everything to David and he was in disbelief but when adele spoke to David and said things Rob never said as inside secrets David trembled in joy and hugged her so tightly and cried. Adele asked what happened to Louise since they're married and David said, Loiuse cared for what she thought was you being alone was Rob being sinister, however in the alternate world she realized you were truly alone and afraid for 10 years and she couldn't bare the fact that you'd come back to a world all alone and the man you love so much had the wrong impression of you she felt we deserve to be together and truly happy. She said goodbye and took her son and never looked back. A year later, David and Adele are walking the beach and along runs their son.....Louis, with a green tint in his eyes

@@CASECRAK I like this! That little boy hit home for me, just seeing how corrupt Rob is to take his mom away from him and no one having a clue was really good on the writer's part. But Adam knew something was different, kids can sense good and evil I believe, they know when something isn't right. This is such a great series!

Adele's youth was extremely sweet and kind-hearted. I thought her current state is so different and strange because david was treating her badly. So at first I thought David was a psychopath and married with Adele only for her money.

Made sense how she could cook so well considering it was Rob! I didn't expect the ending but it made sense considering the whole astral projection side of things! I make videos explaining how to lucid dream on this channel and made a review of the lucid dreaming aspects of the show :)
I hate that David was and still is so oblivious to this whole situation. And Luise died without knowing the truth.
His modus operandi is to trick the other person to swap bodies and then kill them. Hopefully in season 2 David and Adam will know the truth.

I think that's how Rob sees himself now. It has been 10 years after all. And Rob did say later that "getting use to this voice may take awhile". I think he got used to seeing himself as Adele and envisioned it as such.
I didn't understand how Rob/Adele when he burnt the house down he was so sure that Louise would astral project to save him/her so he steals her body afterwards.
He basically made a lot of projection to LOUISE that ADELLE needs a friend and made a fake bond to her so LOUISE could always feel pity about ADELLE, it's like ROB made sure that she would feel pity of her and that's when she is sure she would come.
Adele sent Louise a text message stating she about to kill herself.
He made it so that the Astral projection was the only way for her to enter the house cause the metal was too hot. She had already called the police on her way there. They took fucking forever!

I’m surprised David did not notice Adele didn’t really cook or that well. All off a sudden when Rob takes Adele she is so good a culinary skills just like Rob was when he stayed with them. Robs personality leaks out.
The person that played Adele did such a fantastic job. You can totally understand why David fell hard for her and why he grew so out of love with her when Rob took over. It was clearly two different people.
