I have called the company on many occasions and they always answer right away and you get to talk to a real person right here in US of A that doesn't have an accent. That alone is so rare today. Then at the end of the conversation they have sent me the resolution I needed without a charge and shipped it free. Just such a fantastic company. I am proud to own my Lectric ebike. I know several people have purchased Lectric ebikes because of our conversation and they have all been overjoyed with their purchases. This bike has helped me regain my health. It really has. As a former Air Force supervisor, I realized that if I endeavored, to the best of my ability, to keep my emergency team happy, they would be happy in the work environment. He has more than accomplished that in his company. More young American businesses should take note of his business and work ethics, his philosophy as CEO, and owner. I will be in the market for an ebike, and I plan to travel to Phoenix to test ride and buy directly from Lectric.

I'm an old (emphasis on old) cyclist that has been considering an e-bike. I like what I see here and now Lectric -bike has moved up the list. Just need to keep saving those pennies. 😉
They also make TRIKES. Trikes are a good idea for people who are older or have fallen off a bike. They go about 15 MPH very stable. Great idea for van people (they don't have to pack up to shop).
I bought a Lectric XP 3.0 Long Range and I love it! Of the three trips I've made with it, each one I've done is longer than the trips I've made with my standard bike, and this folds down to fit in my car. It fits in the back seat of my 2002 Chevy Tracker, and it's one of the smallest cars I've owned. The overall size of that car is less than the interior of my standard length Econoline van. It's difficult to get it in the side door, but it fits, and that's what's important. I can charge it off my small solar generator, and I can wait to use it all next summer! It makes me want to get outside and bike again! I injured my back at work and have difficulty with some activities like standing for long periods or sitting in some positions. The upgraded seat is definitely a big help! It's also great because it can go uphill compared to my smaller scooter. It's better than I expected! Being able to go 28 MPH as someone who weighs 240 pounds is an awesome thing. And if you're a lighter person, being able to carry a second person on back, up to 150 pounds, is awesome!

Our first bike was a Rad Power bike and our second bike is also a Rad Power bike but we bought a Lectirc for our third ebike and is my hubby's choice of ebike. He loves it.
