Great video thanks for sharing, What is Etidemoma? I'm not sure what that vegetable is. I have never heard of it. Thumbs up to all of your videos. I always enjoy them. Stay well & safe my friend.
A little confused. I thought it was important to have the ingredients at room temperature or as close as possible because using them right out of the frige or freezer reduces the temperature of the oil in the wok and inhibits the cooking process. Am I over thinking this?
There is a Chinese Cooking Channel, where the Tuber takes prepackaged frozen Asian veggies and pours hot /boiling water over the veggies, then strains out water. May be worth trying or looking for that vid.

Thx Tak! I often wondered how to use frozen vegetables for cooking my Chinese dishes... They never came out right before, hopefully they will now!

christ knows, some say don't thaw some say do.. no clue I'll try from frozen tonight n if everything goes to crap then I know not to do that next time
yeah did it last night, don't defrost.
prolly break up bigger vegetables as they cook so they cook in a similar time to the smaller stuff
