    Didn’t know Zippo had that version, I might get one, like solid stuff, especially brass finish 😊😉

    In 37 years I've never thought about scratches giving character to the lighter. As a matter of fact I stopped buying Zippos over 15 years ago because of the scratches. I actually like how your 1 year used one looks. I vape now and smoke cigs maybe once a month after some beers or with friends. You just sold me on the armor version. I'm going to check the brass versions on their website. Thanks for the video.

      Dents and scratches are very important on a zippo in my opinion. I don't even care if it falls on the ground because İ will just be happy about another "flaw" that shapes my unique zippo :)

      I still have one of my 1st zippos. Bought for me on my 16th birthday. 23 years later (and a ton more zippos) Its absolutely beat to death. I still carry it all the time and it's my favorite in my entire collection

    The more used a Zippo looks, the better it looks. I prefer the standard.

      True , however armies are good for those who are either really rough on zippos or drop them a lot , however the hinge wears fast and they cost more , armors I mean

      Zippo will repair a dent?

    I like them but zippo needs to come up with some kinda four or three barrel hinge

    My brass Armor is 6 years old, used every day, dropped a few times, and has no dents. Just a nice aged finish from all the tiny scratches.

      Yeah these zippos sure are nice not saying a non armor isn’t nice but I like the heft of an armor for sure haha

      Ya but i dont like the fact that the hinge on the armor zippo is same as regular zippo, so the chances of breaking the lid is more... so i think regular zippos are best.

    If I had to send my zippo in for repair, I imagine I could get by 3 weeks using 1 or 2 of my other daily users. I rotate my carry between 6 of them anyway. 😅 I do like my armor for the same reasons. Nice video.

    Hmm, interesting pocket choice for keys and phone lol. My right picked is dedicated to my phone and phone only. I'm right handed so I have more coordination to take my phone out and unlock it one handed. 🤷‍♂️ to each their own I suppose lol.

    Getting a small dent in an armor Zippo is probably worse than getting a slightly bigger dent in a standard Zippo due to their relative costs. Best buy a Zorro 902 - stronger than an armor Zippo and cheaper than a standard Zippo.

    If I only knew a armor version existed I'd never have purchased a normal one. Too late now lol

    Still a good video! Just a suggestion & please don’t think I’m saying you don’t know better, I wipe my iPhone lens before each use for better focus. It’s so easy to forget & it interferes with focus when I do. Thank you for the video. Very informative. 👍

    So does the armor use the same inserts as the regular one?

    • @comradetman3784
      @comradetman3784  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      even a real zippo can be bought for $10 if you look hard enough.

    Don’t give people ideas lol. Horrible idea to do tricks stressing the hinge with an armor. Love your vids tho

    • @comradetman3784
      @comradetman3784  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well my idea was in this statement that if your doing tricks and you drop it , an armor will stand better than a normal zippo , but your right the hinge will take a beating .
