Hi Mike. Yes, it’s been quite a month. I really should stop looking for a while as I have a lot to get through….but the hunt is fun too! Thanks for watching
So, have you rented a warehouse for all these movies? Added on to the house?? Store them in boxes in the garage??? This is another massive haul!! I love The Star, Another Woman, and The Way. I absolutely LOATHE Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Most Trekkies agree that Galaxy Quest is THE best movie about Star Trek. I have those LOTR editions, but not in a case. The Up series intrigues me, but I've never seen any of them. OK Neil, you can give up shopping for the rest of the year!!
Hi Mike. Haha, I would love a warehouse. Actually I’m in an apartment and have so far managed to have around half of the collection on shelves in my living room, and the rest in closets. I’m toying with the idea of taking around 1,000 out of their cases and putting into plastic sleeves but I’m not overkeen on that…..You’re definitely right that I *should* give up shopping now! I tell myself that at least twice a month. Hope you’re having a good week. Thanks again for watching
Great collection Neil mask is on my wish list great film . Huge fan of the tom Salvini 90s night of the living dead and a great commentary track by Tom salvini worth a listen
Hi Mark. Yes, I saw Mask at the cinema and then a couple of times on tv but it’s been ages so I look forward to rewatching. I’m a big fan of Romero’s original Night of the Living Dead. I imagine Savini ups the gore factor but it will be interesting to see. Thanks for watching
Hi Roy. I’m really glad to now have the whole series. It’s astonishing that they were able to do this every 7 years for that amount of time. Hope you’re having a good weekend
Wasn't a fan of Triangle, but I did love Wolf Creek. Capturing the Friedmans was interesting. Mask is great! Crazy Rich Asians I didn't expect to enjoy as much as I did. Big Eyes is good. Apocalyptic is fantastic! Nice Sniper set. Awesome pickups!
Hi Miranda. I just like how Triangle was structured, quite an oddity but it worked for me and I’m glad to now have a copy. John Jarratt is so nasty in Wolf Creek. I learned more about him when I did my Ozploitation video a while back and it’s funny to contrast his nastiness in this to his more heroic role in the crocodile thriller Dark Age. I look forward to seeing Mask again, quite an emotional one when I saw it at the cinema. Thanks for commenting, when showing a lot of movies, it’s always nice to know which ones are of interest. All the best
Hi Neil, May was definitely your movie finding month! So many great titles. I really like Anatole Litvak movies.I recently found Apocalypto also. it was a good film. Did you mean that your sister sent you, Siege at Pinchgut? If so, she is a good sister to have! Well, she is anyway, but has been good to find movies for you! I like Gypsy, Anastasia, and All this and Heaven too. This was a very successful trip for you! Thanks for showing them! Happy Saturday to you!
Hi Lita. Yes, May was quite the month for finding movies. Yes, sis was able to buy the movie cheap in uk and mail to me. She has been really good to do that a couple of times and I’m really fortunate that she is interested enough to talk movies with me. She enjoys watching movies too….Glad to hear you like those ones. Have a good weekend
The Big Combo is a wonderful film and Joseph Lewis had several great noirs. I love John Alton's cinematography in The Big Combo. James Garner is a lot of fun in The Thrill of It All if not quite up to the Day/Hudson vehicles. I picked up Resident Evil quite a while back and I still haven't watched it yet. I like Milla Jovovich and she even has a good music album to her name. I need to get Fitzcarraldo and I'm really jealous of the variety of movies you have found out in the wild.
Hi Randall. Many thanks for watching and commenting. Good shout on The Big Combo…I’m always a sucker for Doris Day movies nowadays, just breezy fun stuff….Ive ignored the Resident Evil franchise until now. I didn’t play video games and just wasn’t really interested but this was a dvd set that looked as good as new so I thought I’d give it a go. Fitzcarraldo has always been one that I’ve found jaw dropping to watch. It’s an insane movie, extraordinary. I have Burden of Dreams, the documentary on its making, on laserdisc. May was definitely quite the month for finding movies!
Hi Neil, lots of goodies here, I loved With Six You Get Eggroll, that always seemed to be played in TV in the 70’s 😃 nice Danny Dyer impression 👌 Secondhand Lions is a very good film, I like the cover image on that dvd 🤔 gotta love The Love Bug, those Herbie films were must watch movies growing up. I enjoy a good musical and Oklahoma’s `’Oh What A Beautiful Morning” is a great tune 👍haha at my school we were shown The Titfield Thunderbolt 🤔 who are making it these choices. Nice one mate, take care👍😃👍
Hi Alan. Thanks for being the only person to appreciate my Danny Dyer impression haha….Oh wow, I’m pretty sure I would have loved being shown The Titfield Thunderbolt at school. I guess we were shown The Cross and the Switchblade for “religious education” purposes but as I recall there was no explanation for it. Have a good week
Some nice grabs again matey.. only seen Triangle once and thought it was an odd one lol definitely one I need to rewatch again.. Big fan of the Wolf Creek movies as well as the x2 TV seasons.. can't wait for the 3rd movie that's due out at some point 😎👍
Hi. Yes Triangle is definitely an odd one but I really like the way it’s structured….I didn’t realize there are TV seasons of Wolf Creek. John Jarratt is a legend. Fun to contrast his nastiness in this film with him being the heroic crocodile hunter in Dark Age
Enjoyed the video Neil, Always remember watching Ten little indians when it was on tv back in the Eighties, a film that never gets shown now. Sahara is a fantastic war film that i can watch every time its on, Yes it still gets shown on tv here. The love bug is another childhood favourite that i would watch all the time, The Herbie films are now on Disney plus, i should give them a watch again. Just picked up the 4K editions of The Three and Four Musketeers, love those movies. Thanks mate.
Hi! Thanks for watching. Yes, I think I saw Ten Little Indians on TV back then also but not entirely sure. It will be interesting to watch and see. I have a whole load of Bogart films now I need to catch up on! I know the Herbie films are dated now but a good bit of nostalgia. The Musketeers movies were always fun, I’m sure the 4K looks good
I've heard of having a cold bum, but director Michael Winterbottom? I want to get "Great Expectations" with Michael York. I don't have that one. I have the 3 Bette Davis movies shown. Love "Mr. Skeffington". I liked "A Woman of Substance." and I think I"ve seen "Hold that Dream." Nice T-shirt too!
Hi. Yes, I picked up the 1974 version of Great Expectations as it has a good cast. David Lean’s fabulous adaptation is hard to beat though….This was quite a month for finding Bette Davis movies, good to hear you like Mr Skeffington. I haven’t watched yet but am glad to now have both A Woman of Substance and Hold That Dream, especially as Deborah Kerr is a co-star in both….Thanks, I got the T- shirt from Letterboxd when they first started doing merchandise. Thanks for watching
Hi. I initially thought I had seen No Man’s Land but think I perhaps confused it with something else….Off to bed now but I’ll keep an eye out on IG, glad you found some your happy with
@@stuartgeorge2324 Yes, a few times as it was shown on tv quite a lot when young. A cute Cinderella story. I don’t have in my collection but would add it. Directed by Bryan Forbes who I particularly like
@@neilsmoviechannel3199 I just bought it t h I totally forgot about it not seen It for years on TV hardly remember it tbf, it's a fairly new release over here 💿👈🏻👌🏻🎥
The Herbie reboot with Lindsey Lohan was so good it made me want watch the originals, but it was a surprisingly disappointing franchise. Monte Carlo was great and it's a huge misfire as to why Don Knotts wasn't in all of them. Goes Bananas was almost unwatchable.
Wow, outstanding ! You certainly hit the jackpot for may with a whole bunch of great classic movies . 🍻

Thanks, Jamie. Yes, pleased to have all of those, particularly finding Triangle which is a region b
More awesome stuff there Neil.👍🤩
Thanks, Deon. Have a good weekend
Fantastic stuff again Neil. The UP series is incredible. I was lucky enough to pick up the bluray set for a snip In a network sale.

Nice haul. Only got a handful of movies today, best find was Jeremy Irons in Reversal of Fortune. Enjoy
Hi. Oh, that’s an icy cold one, Irons is good in it. I saw that at the cinema when it came out
Some good movies there nice haul.
Thanks, D. May was quite a month for finding movies. Thanks for watching
