You need to get some silicone/plastic cooking implements. Metal tongs and spatulas will ruin the non-stick finish off your pans!

Those aren't non stick to begin with, see as she used a ton of butter.
Actually, metal tongs are ideal for any pan. Using plastic will melt the pan and cause a fire. Plastic spatula is fine as long as your heat isn't too high. Also, even in a non-stick pan, you must add butter or some kind of oil before you start cooking. Otherwise, you will burn your pan and the food you're cooking. When flipping pancakes, always wait until one side starts to bubble. That let's you know it's ready to flip. Never have your pan on high when cooking pancakes. When cooking on a hot stove, never leave the spatula or tongs near or in the pan. That could cause a fire. When pouring pancake batter, always poor as close to the pan as possible to prevent splatter and burning yourself. Hope these tips help!

Normally ASMR vids do make me relaxed,but when it's a cooking ASMR video ,It's hard to relax when you're hungry!!:)
Not that anyone asked, but if you find it difficult to get your spatula underneath a pancake, just rub a little butter on the spatula beforehand and it will slide right under once the butter melts just a little. You're probably going to put butter on the pancake anyway.
