This is a very peaceful and refreshing exploration featuring the Mull of Galloway lighthouse. I like the exploration of the foghorn, it's pretty cool that it's the only operational foghorn in mainland Scotland. ⛰⛰👍👍

What a stunning lighthouse! I love visiting lighthouses. So beautiful and picturesque with the water. They look like postcards! Love seeing inside the lighthouse. 115 steps up wow! That is a pretty amazing lighthouse and the views are spectacular! It seems like you can see for miles on a clear day. I also really liked the museum and the foghorn down by the water. 👍😊
Hi Anita, it was great that they allowed you to climb the tower for those views. With the naked eye you could see across the water to the Isle of Man and Ireland that day. The camera didn't pick that up too well. It was also a pity they didn't sound the foghorn that day but you can't have everything. Thank you very much for coming along for the premiere. This is a classic and perhaps the best maintained (or rehabbed) lighthouse I've seen. 115 steps but who's counting. So cool you can get that close to the light fixture but wow the views are the reason for running those steps up. The history is fascinating. Great video and much enjoyed my visit to THH. The certificate in on my wall in a frame now I've shown it off 😂 It's the first time I have seen a fog horn and a pity they didn't sound it that day. I climb the stairs and the ladder, and I finally see a stunning view in front of me. I've never seen a bugle that is well preserved in its original state and rings to be careful of the fog. It was a great video. Thank you.

Hi Dave n Kathy, I do love visiting lighthouses as they're usually in beautiful spots. It was great of them to allow you to climb the tower to get those views. I'm glad you enjoyed the tour.
