Been a month and I’ve gone through 2 lol just my luck first one was 100% on me but the second one literally just dropped out the air from 10 feet wasn’t even going fast a light tumble onto the grass at most and it just won’t work it does nothing
Great review. Pilot #2 here. Been using the V3 on my previous 4S build, and after losing the quad (to a stupid human error, not the ESC pop) now I have built a 6S 5-inch with the V4. Just had a couple of flights with it, and everything seems to be in good order. Cheers from India.
I love my speedybee v3 stack and my mini stack. Only issue I had was overheating a pad on my esc and it coming off. I scraped and soldered to the pad trace and the esc has been fine for over 6 months! Other people complain about quality but I know a good deal when I see one! Great vid man!

The V4 is a very good stack for the cash. I have the 60amp ESC and so far bullet proof. Everything you need (and more) is included. One bit of advice, don’t run wires across the top of the flight controller, the gyro is very sensitive. Great review BN, sorry I roasted you previously.
the 405v3 stack is $43 on aliexpress right now. Very tempted but i've always been an oldhat running seperate pdb, individal escs, and flight controller boards.
the v3 stack was 50A and had no heat spreader. You're thinking of the F7 v3 stack. Everyone was loosing their gyroscope on the V3, hopefully the changes they made addressed this issue. My latest one has been solid, but two before that quickly lost their gyro
Speedybee did it again! Well done 👏 by the way just ordered a Hoodie from your merch collection can't wait to get it I appreciate you man, from your know how and your knowledge! Love all your content 🙏
Always appreciate you buddy! I am so glad we have some budget options that aren't total garbage, lol. There was a time there where everything had a 3 digit price tag and it made me sad.
I also run every stack that speedy bee has f7 f4 and the mini and for the price you can't beat it. The Bluetooth chip and battery monitor on the board alone made me a fan but the price put me over the top. I've paid many times for a flight controller the price you pay for a whole stack of speedy bees. Definitely a fan and definitely going on every build I do. Hard to beat! Oh yeah there new analog receiver for goggles is the bee's knees.... just had to get that out there!!! 🤣
I bought a f7v3 for my first diy build and could not even get it to work ☹️ 2 different new receivers and 3 different uarts. It could not see them. Not sure what i did wrong but no lights on the f7 anymore. So i ordered a f4v4 today. Hopefully i can get that to work. Not sure if i am missing a setting or did something wrong but was costly mistake. 😉 Guess i could send it back. Probably should. Think i will. Great video keep em coming 😁
Im the budget guy super budget still in need of some box goggles lol been saving for some ev800d the past few months so few more to go then i get to wait winter out lol. Thanks for sharing
I totally get that struggle man! That was me in my first year before I was able to piece together a sustainable fleet. It can be rough, but I am glad budget options are at least out there somewhere. I have a set of EV800DM that are lent out to a new pilot at the moment, but when I get them back I may have to post them up on the swap meet channel on discord :)
@BaconNinjaFPV ill have to check that out. Im a cancer survivor twice over but I was left with a brain tumor and a seizure disorder and unable to work so I now live on a very small fixed income that bearly covers bills so things are pretty rough and i have a 6 year old son so that takes up pretty much anything i have left over i had a nice set up had a wall full of quads but when j got sick and had to travel to and from dr appt that are a 5 hour trip each way well the savings went fast and i was foremced to sell off pretty much everything i owned
Well worth the money, yes i had issues, but arm flag 16, the blacksheep telemtery was because i had my elevator inverted on my tx16s as i do with the pixhawk vut soon as i did this it armed, also you have to have an arm switch set up, pull aticks to arm position and then flock the switch, took me ages to sus it out.
Hice job speedybee I am using 2 f405v3 and 1 f7 v3 from them. I ve to say that it left a bad feeling when I read ICM yet as mentioned they are aware of the possible issues and took precautions. Personally I dont like heatsinks on the escs because it increases the stack height or leaves less gap for motor cable routing. These days almost all frames have 20mm standoffs. golden nut at the bottom and locknut at top leaves really tight area
The icm gyro on my mamba Mk4 stack has been fine. I was worried at first but it’s flown great. Flew it back to back with an mpu6000 and there wasn’t a whole lot of difference. Mpu was a little easier to tune.
I appreciate you sharing that! I have for real never been a fan of ICM, but this one I can't knock too hard since it is done well as best I can tell so far.
Subbed. Question: Is the tantalum capacitor for the ICM also implemented with the 20x20 stack FC? I ordered my 20x20 speedybee yesterday. Now I am worried if the ICM will hurt my drone. I FPV helicopter exclusively in my channel. And when Flywoo f754's ICM acted out during takeoff, it damages the craft more than quads. I have been stuck with HGLRC's F411 with MPU6000 for the last 4 years without alternative options.
Looks like a great budget option. Excellent overview. My favorite flight controller is the Kiss Ultra from Fedorov. My goto esc is anything Aikon. But I've used Hobbywing, Holybro and Foxeer Reapers. Including their associated flight controllers. Stay greasy everyone. 🥓😎
I have lots of V3 's on my quads they are so cheap that it makes sense at times. However that being said the V3 has a lot of annoying bugs like not being able to use some receivers and DJI 03. The battery has a meter on the FC but it never works right the LEDS on the FC burnout, ESC burnsout. Dont get me wrong I love speedybee these FCs they sell are well designed in looks and function and they keep dropping the prices on them. I love the F7 stack its really solid and it now costs 89.99 instead of 129.99. They have great frames like the Long Range Mario which I cant buy anywhere except ebay and Aliexpress. They make so many good products. But it feels like they just need to hire more people. I still prefer them to lots of other brands out there. Yeah Im talking to you Skystar!!!
Thanx for sharing bro! i love speedybee stuff trying a cheeper brand atm my last quad wind n my ungreat flying skills tok it to the long grass snake land sadly.that was an f7~45° board in 35 geprc cinewhoop, lol 13x gae up 4 now on the foxwhoop, glad spedybee got the price down n fixin whats needed, much love peace!
I saw so many great reports on this stack I went ahead and purchased it along with the RDQ Mach 3 VTX and the happymodel 2.4Ghz receiver. My hope was to have a drone that would have a strong signal with decent range. My first drone being a Holystone 175D POS that could only go about 300 meters before it stopped and just bounce around until returned to home which it did come home every time. I wanted to build my own and so I am but may have made a few mistakes. I'm starting to get the impression that for stability and safely returning to home is that INAV may have been a better fit for the casual pilot. I didn't realize just how extreme these little monsters could perform. It also seems that ELRS is a great way to get a very good range for a lot less than going with the 03 air unit or walksnail. So can INAV run on the SpeedyBee F405V4? or can Betaflight be set up where it can auto hover and hold its position? Will it always return home? I'm still a little confused as the videos I've seen with talk on the GPS rescue even they look like they aren't sure the drone is going to come back or not. I also got the Phoenix 2 sp starlite cam and the T-motors V3 2207 - 1750KV motors with 5" tri-blade props. Any advice on how to finish this drone would be greatly appreciated! I have not purchased my GPS yet because I am still unclear if I need a magnetometer or not. Thanks! Love the videos.
Bought 3 405 v3 and one new v4from them on preorder Also because I like wings bought 3 405 wing fc . I love the plug in factor for cam, crossfire, HDzero, or analog. Nice video
great video!!!! I have to get one of these!!!!!!! I have the v3 and the esc has defectected on me twice now but i just love the speedybee and must get upgraded!!!!!!!!
I have now gotten out of 4 Speedybee products 2x AIO boards and 2x FC. The FCS have bad MPU600. And the AIO both had seperate issues one has a dead esc channel the other the usb is super flakey and have re sodlered and all that. have 12 years experience in building fpv drones.
I've had the V3 in my 7" for months, spent a day tuning with PID Toolbox... Was never aware of the blackbox/osd issue until I heard Bardwell say something about it the other day. Weird thing is.... Mine never had that issue. I changed the values of the sliders in the goggles multiple times before pulling the SD card to download to the computer.
Do you know if they've fixed the V3 SD/blackbox bug in betaflight 4.5? If not, will it log correctly if I turn off the OSD via a TX mode switch? I have 2 V3 stacks that I'd like to be able to tune.
Question Mr. Bacon. I also have a darwin129 and have noticed one strange thing that I see in everyone's dvr footage. The cam appears to be pointing to the right as its showing more of the right motor than the left. Next time you fly your's can you tell me if you notice the same. I don't know why it bothers me as much as it does. I've tried to adjust the living hell out of it to get the same results. Using same cam screw holes with Runcam Phoenix 2 SE. So weird to me. Any help would be great my man.
yup, that is for sure a thing! It actually happens on lots of quads, so not too uncommon at all. Usually it is either due to variations in tightness of the cam on one side or the other, and even sometimes it is just how the alignment of the CCD inside of the housing. It bothers me too, lol.
With further investigation I'm pretty sure the top plate and bottom plates are out of alignment from where they punched the holes for camera mounting plates I'm glad its not just my nerd brain freaking out. @@BaconNinjaFPV 🤦🏼♂🤣
Hey Bacon, Nice video thanks, I have 2 F405s V3 they are so easy to work on the blue tooth is very convenient, but one has the DJI 03 VTX and the OSD works, but the other V3 is analog, but I cannot get the OSD to show up in the goggles? Any clues? Thanks
oh for sure that is an issue on the v3 :( with a digital VTX it doesn't require running the on board OSD chip, so the blackbox works just fine...buuuut with analog since that chip is active to draw OSD it has issues. Unfortunately when the v3 came out we were on BF 4.2 which didn't have issues with sharing a processor pin for OSD and blackbox, but once 4.3 came out (and now 4.4) it became a problem. SB have fixed that in the v4 version by separating the devices, but it does mean nothing can really be done for your v3 except going all the way back to BF 4.2 which isn't so great.
I absolutely avoid running 6S HV for exactly that reason. 6S voltage is already so close to the top of the rating for most gear and pushing it just that little bit more for sure pushes it to the very top of the limit. I don't know that this would hold up any better since the spikes will be just as large, but there is a decent chance this will handle it better with the thicker copper clad.
Hi, men !I discover problem of this Speedybee F405 V4 A55. I tried to connect the servo, but it doesn't work (I use the servo for the gimbal camera). I've already updated the firmware, and I don't work. I tried creating an experiment and chose Speedybee F405 V3 on the same settings and it works correctly. Maybe do you know about this problem?
I’m using this stack for my first build. I’m doing a siren f5 split and have my XT60 coming out the front. I’m using O3 as vtx. I’m trying to plan out how to run everything while im waiting for the O3 to get here. To me it seems like it would be way better for me to flip the top half of the stack around and have the 03 plug pointed towards the back of the quad. The only thing I have to figure out is where to run the connector from eSC to FC. Would I have any issues running it through the middle of the stack? Also are there any cons to orienting eSC and Fc in opposite directions of each other
why do you need a speedy bee, and the caddx Walksnail 4k camera if the speedy bee, has everything you need to fly with the camera? Nothing I see is clear?
Both of my v3s have taken a crap ton of hardcore bando abuse with 0 problems for 7-8 months now untill i lost one of them in a creek for 24 hours lol. (dosnt count in my opinion) after 24 hours complely submerged in running water and being unknowingly turtle moded under water the fc was still good i did however blow the esc. Thats to be expected i imagine any stack on the market put in the same situation would do the same or worse. Have been really happy with the quality for my money and now i have an excuse to upgrade one to v4.
I actually like the ICM gyro better than the BMI, but it really depended on the board, yes some ICM boards were unflyable, but I've had great luck with the jhemcu f722 30.5mm and the ghf411aio, but some of their other boards had major issues with that gyro for sure and their firmware support sucks overall, I had to try several different firmware versions to get them working good. but I would love to see speedybee do an at32 f435 version of this to keep cost down but with 32bit escs, basically a cheaper but more capable stack

I've beat the hell out of the v3 stack with no issues and my only complaint has been not a single one of my sd cards work even when i create a 4gb partition with fat23. Not using analog osd i'm running an O3. Ok Not a complaint just an observation, the v3 esc doesn't pop when i jam up a motor unlike iflight and hollybro esc's i've had before in the same amp rating. Instead the motor bursts into flames and the esc lives to fly again.
well i brought what i thought was a good brand AIO, and turns out it has issues, and im not the only one with the problem, yes they sent me a new one, but that one had the same issue. so now im out a ESC :(
What brand was it that you picked up? Was it the speedybee AIO? That is the one thing of theirs I have the least amount of time with since I tend to prefer a two piece stack for most things.
I will say, I’ve had great experience with Speedybee FC, I have 2 f405v3 and one F722 all fantastic love the Wi-Fi ability, but I can’t say I’ve had a good experience with their esc’s. I’ve had 3 of them fail on me. Not crash related, not an aggressive tune, just poof. Done. I think for the price point spending just a bit more on a MAMBA F722 stack is WELL worth the extra 20$.
Hello my friend! Thanks for your great video! One question: I have the F405 V3 and try to use blackbox with SDCard but no sucess. I tried to change the settings, use BF 4.4.X, 4.3.X, 4.2.X but nothing worked... I tried both SDHC 8GB and SDXC 64 GB... Format them to FAT32 with 4096, 8192, and all kb possible... I also did a partision with only 2GB on the cards but no sucess... Any ideia what may be happening, and how I can fix it and finally use the blackbox? Thank you so much in advance, BR.
@@divingfalconfpv4602 hello my friend, really appreciated your return 😁 I don't know, I tried to change all the settings I could in CLI. I tried also this command: set sdcard_detect_inverted = OFF and ON // but nothing happens... Do I need to change something in the ports of the FC? I tried contact with the manufacturer same they said they have no idea of what's happening and offered 40% discount for buying a new FC
@gabrielnunes159 I ordered the f405 v4 just now. Hoping not to have issues. But also was reading this that I'm sure u saw already. I don't have any these old crappy sdcards. I'm have to search "Betaflight firmware requires the type of the microSD card to be either Standard (SDSC) or High capacity (SDHC) under 32GB, so extended capacity cards (SDXC) are not supported(Many high-speed U3 cards are SDXC). Also, the microSD card MUST be formatted with the FAT16 or FAT32 (recommended) format. You could use any SD card less than 32GB, but the Betaflight can only recognize 4GB maximu"
@@divingfalconfpv4602 my friend, here is an advice: don't trust everything you read, I bought 2 cards believing in this information, just as you are doing now and I was made a fool, because the problem was there! I used cards as they mentioned and did everything that was on internet, I should lost more than 10 hours of reading, watching videos, and trying different things... It is better to accept that their products have some defects and we should be lucky when buying. Hope you are a lucky one. They answered me, they admitted a problem with the manufacturing and offered a discount, which is ridiculous because the freight I will pay is bigger than the price of a new one. It's a joke, hope you're not the joke next time.
Speedybee wrote in the product page _The F405 V3 FC faced compatibility issues with certain microSD cards, with a few even occasionally affecting the stable OSD display._ But doesn't the v3 have the issue with _any_ microSD card because the OSD and blackbox shares same SPI bus? Do you think speedybee is dishonest here, not saying the truth, downplaying the issue and not admitting they made a design flaw in the v3 board?
So in my totally un-biased opinion on it, the statement is kind of a half truth for sure. It does have some issues with particular cards/formatting that causes similar OSD issues...but the root of the serious ones was the SPI bus sharing and how fast the cards operate. On the flip side of the coin, they didn't really make a design flaw as prior to the newer versions of BF which were not released when that product launched, it was perfectly acceptable to share an SPI for those two functions. So yeah, a bit of a half truth and can been seen both ways depending on which specific issue with blackbox/osd a person was having, as well as where you decide to lay the blame. I will say on the v4 page they straight call out the fix being separate SPI connections for all the devices...but is that an overkill solution to make sure it never happens again? maybe, but still a little of one side and a little of the other.
Hi, i sill have the issue with the SD card. or should i use the from Speedybee recomanded 8GB SD card? does anyone has the same issue and can help me here please?
part 2 ended last weekend and all of the winners were notified via email. I am waiting on a few confirmations to post on the community channel in case I have to do any re-draws, but the winners for sure have a message from me in their inbox. :)
They are good fc would be great if they would epoxy the type c connector and fix the bbox issue with the osd. I'd build more drones can't beat a 70 dollar stack they fly great default pids to.throw in your expo and go.
I totally agree on some epoxy around the USB connector! As for the blackbox, v4 does fix that which is good news. It wont do anything for a v3 since BF 4.3 and up don't like the shared SPI bus anymore, but at least this version takes care of it for future changes in BF firmware releases.
I'm crazy about my speed in freestyle I fly uses a lot of punch and speed. Idk why but the best setup I have ever had was the Roma f5 v2 all stock with the mamba stack and 1700 kv motors. I lost it and switched to the speedybee master 5 v2 and it has querks it has the speedybee f7 v3 stack. First my motors were acting funny dropping a side randomly . I switched to ztinnovate 2306 1960kv It locked it in for me But it started randomly dropping out of the sky and low throttle oscillations, the dang blackbox won't Wright, making slight whining noises when powered up. And dji air unit acting weird too video in and out. I fly a crap load like every day. Another stack I really really like is the Skystars f722 mini hd pro and am32 esc stack. I also have the T Motor F7 Hd pro 2 stack on my tanq. It's burned up caddx vista units. But weird as it may be the speedybee master 5 v2 keeps going. I wanted the tanq for a tank of a drone but not to sure how to get it there. It's caught fire from a Darwinfpv 129 stack. Now fighting the T Motor stack. I thought about going mamba idk... Kinda stuck
Im not a huge fan of the SB master 5, and I honestly think that may have been some of the complication you were having there :( the isolation system sounds good on paper, and most of the time works fine, but in reality such a squishy and free floating isolation can really cause some serious confusion for the gyro. It sounds like maybe it was having a bit of a freak out from it and doing something with your motors to push them to desync...and yeah...that blackbox, lol. I am so glad the v4 fixed that, and I wish so much that it would have been something that could have been corrected in BF for v3 and not need a hardware fix! I think the v4 is a solid choice for a build, and Mamba is as well. Lots of people in the discord as well as myself run one, the other, or both and have great experiences with them. I typically pick the SB due to the feature set for cost in the end, and the stacks havent let me down yet after hundreds of packs with my stupid flippy floppy flight style, lol.
You should absolutely be able to! The protocols are all the same and as best I can tell the harness is laid out the same too :) Double check that pin out before you do, but it should be a very easy combo.
heavy stack and struggles under cpu load ,the F7 speedybee is a really good FC runs rpm filters with ease under 20% cpu usage ,, I stay away from speedybee esc's ,the mamba 55 amp 128 esc with 2050 motors is what I use for my racing quads . cheap generic $25 8 bit esc for my freestyles , been using the mak4 f722reta6 6500mpu 8k pid loop plug ant play FC for $27 for my freestyle * 8k pid loop is so so smooth for filming at ali express and the 8 bit 60 amp generic esc with rubicon 570v cap for $25 at ali express way better setup and way lighter
i appreciate the video/info. I have not had much success with speedybee products. They tend to fail really early for me. However, the most recent has been the v3 stack which surprisingly has lasted this whole summer, with the exception of #3 esc blew so I put a single one on the arm and good to go. I also have a SB F405 wing which i like but on a not so good landing in a 3ft tall hayfield the electronic bay cover came off allowing the USB extender board to jump out into the field never to bee found. No problem, just order a replacement...no can do. They do not offer them alone????? Yea I know, wifi, bt etc but i like looking at Inav on 24" screen vs a 4"phone. So if anyone has a Speedybee usb extender board that they are willing to part with.... i'm your guy, leave me a reply on how to contact you. And I have my eye on the SB analogue video module for my fatsharks. Never know I may paint my Dart XL yellow and black.
I try to keep it honest, and lots of vendors look at me funny when I tell them they can't see a vid before release or pay me for promotion...but I'm ok with being weird, lol, done it my whole life!
Better make sure it isn’t you connecting shit wrong or touching the boards without discharging static… that will fry escs… tbh they really ought to be away from any places that can be touched with a bare hand.
the speedy bee fly like crap they the ones i have all have weird flight twitchs and i cant figure it out none of my mambas or tmotor or h7 flight controlers have weird flying twitchs
unfortunatly you cant engeneer a fix for your reputation overnight, i am tempted but honestly im just gona stick with what has been reliable for me in the past, aka mamba - driftingS13
You do you my friend! :) it's all good as long as you are having fun and enjoying what you fly! Also, I'm glad you tagged your discord name cuz I never put YT and DC names together, lol.

@@BaconNinjaFPVgreat review. Any update on the gyro? I have a somewhat noisy V3 and wondering what to replace it with
Using the Speedybee F7mini in my full size build. And its been awesome
I knew there would be at least one kiss fan in here :p but seriously I am very much looking forward to spending some time with it!
@@BaconNinjaFPVanother kiss fan but I'm interested in something cheap for bando bashing 😜🙏
Nice video
Thanks for the review. Searching for an fc for my 1st 6s build. Will try this one out.
I am new to the FPV hobby the speedy bee was on sale in Nov the F7 V3 was 30$ off i bought a few so i could build two drones while freezing outside
great video!!!! I have to get one of these!!!!!!! I have the v3 and the esc has defectected on me twice now but i just love the speedybee and must get upgraded!!!!!!!!
I have had good luck with there products. I love this stack I have there tx800 vtx on three or four of Mt quads.
I changed the values of the sliders in the goggles multiple times before pulling the SD card to download to the computer.
problem happend only with analog vtx and with v 4.4.1, 4.4.2 and 4.4.3
For 70 dollars and features for a full stack is a reasonable price in my book! Especially 55amp esc.
Do you know if they've fixed the V3 SD/blackbox bug in betaflight 4.5? If not, will it log correctly if I turn off the OSD via a TX mode switch?
I have 2 V3 stacks that I'd like to be able to tune.
I run both speedy bee F7 and also Mamba F7. I don't care I just buy what's available.
come on birthday ...December 4th cant come quick enough!!!! Maybe Iwill get one of these and thenew HDZero Kit
D-shot works on the V3 on inav with bluejay esc firmware
Thanks Mr Bacon, that sucks, but it could be why its cheap@@BaconNinjaFPV
Wait… the 6s HiV batteries pop the v3 boards? Omg that explains so much. (I went thru 2 boards already)
What stack would you recommend for the Flywoo Explorer LR 4, will a 20 by 20 fit i need something for long distance and with a lot of UARTs
F405 v4 over f7 v3 for inav? Spmeone saod the f7 v3 had the dshot problem too on inav like f405 v3??
well i brought what i thought was a good brand AIO, and turns out it has issues, and im not the only one with the problem, yes they sent me a new one, but that one had the same issue. so now im out a ESC :(
What brand was it that you picked up? Was it the speedybee AIO? That is the one thing of theirs I have the least amount of time with since I tend to prefer a two piece stack for most things.
I will say, I’ve had great experience with Speedybee FC, I have 2 f405v3 and one F722 all fantastic love the Wi-Fi ability, but I can’t say I’ve had a good experience with their esc’s. I’ve had 3 of them fail on me. Not crash related, not an aggressive tune, just poof. Done. I think for the price point spending just a bit more on a MAMBA F722 stack is WELL worth the extra 20$.
yeah if those didnt go poof too
@@420247paul honestly I’ve had way better experiences with the mamba esc. Just my personal opinion.
Great video good content thank you for the inf.😊
Hello my friend! Thanks for your great video! One question: I have the F405 V3 and try to use blackbox with SDCard but no sucess. I tried to change the settings, use BF 4.4.X, 4.3.X, 4.2.X but nothing worked... I tried both SDHC 8GB and SDXC 64 GB... Format them to FAT32 with 4096, 8192, and all kb possible... I also did a partision with only 2GB on the cards but no sucess... Any ideia what may be happening, and how I can fix it and finally use the blackbox? Thank you so much in advance, BR.
Did you try inverted Blackbox sdcard setting in cli
@@divingfalconfpv4602 hello my friend, really appreciated your return 😁 I don't know, I tried to change all the settings I could in CLI. I tried also this command: set sdcard_detect_inverted = OFF and ON // but nothing happens... Do I need to change something in the ports of the FC? I tried contact with the manufacturer same they said they have no idea of what's happening and offered 40% discount for buying a new FC
@@gabrielnunes159 yea I just know the inverted cause Manufacturer said that. It must be broken. They should send u a new one.
@gabrielnunes159 I ordered the f405 v4 just now. Hoping not to have issues. But also was reading this that I'm sure u saw already. I don't have any these old crappy sdcards. I'm have to search
"Betaflight firmware requires the type of the microSD card to be either Standard (SDSC) or High capacity (SDHC) under 32GB, so extended capacity cards (SDXC) are not supported(Many high-speed U3 cards are SDXC).
Speedybee wrote in the product page _The F405 V3 FC faced compatibility issues with certain microSD cards, with a few even occasionally affecting the stable OSD display._
But doesn't the v3 have the issue with _any_ microSD card because the OSD and blackbox shares same SPI bus?
@@BaconNinjaFPV okay thanks for your clarification, I agree
Hi, i sill have the issue with the SD card. or should i use the from Speedybee recomanded 8GB SD card? does anyone has the same issue and can help me here please?
iv had 3 v3 boards and one v4 board and all but one v3 board had the barometer fail within 6 months
When does the giveaway end?

They are good fc would be great if they would epoxy the type c connector and fix the bbox issue with the osd. I'd build more drones can't beat a 70 dollar stack they fly great default pids to.throw in your expo and go.
I totally agree on some epoxy around the USB connector! As for the blackbox, v4 does fix that which is good news. It wont do anything for a v3 since BF 4.3 and up don't like the shared SPI bus anymore, but at least this version takes care of it for future changes in BF firmware releases.
Axisflying has a $60 eco stack now. Pretty sure it's the same gyro.
I'm a beginner and I was wondering is there anybody near the border of Chicago and Indiana that flies fpv?
I have a V4 with 4gb SD card and it doesn't work on betaflight 4.4.3....😢
Do you know if they're going to be coming out with a F7 V4?
F7 v3 is on sale so probably yes
@@divingfalconfpv4602 it's been at $89 for a few months now

Anyone know if i can use the v3 fc with the v4 esc?
You should absolutely be able to! The protocols are all the same and as best I can tell the harness is laid out the same too :) Double check that pin out before you do, but it should be a very easy combo.
heavy stack and struggles under cpu load ,the F7 speedybee is a really good FC runs rpm filters with ease under 20% cpu usage ,, I stay away from speedybee esc's ,the mamba 55 amp 128 esc with 2050 motors is what I use for my racing quads . cheap generic $25 8 bit esc for my freestyles , been using the mak4 f722reta6 6500mpu 8k pid loop plug ant play FC for $27 for my freestyle * 8k pid loop is so so smooth for filming at ali express and the 8 bit 60 amp generic esc with rubicon 570v cap for $25 at ali express way better setup and way lighter
they awespme as hell
i appreciate the video/info.

I've owned 8 speedybee stacks and the esc's have always been the weak link, they go and sometimes nuke the flight controller.
Better make sure it isn’t you connecting shit wrong or touching the boards without discharging static… that will fry escs… tbh they really ought to be away from any places that can be touched with a bare hand.
