I made a few different binary creations in minecraft way back, this feels like a flashback!
I love watching the blocks actuate at the end there, I would love to see a bigger version of this, bigger numbers and longer calculations etc,

The AND gate might also be doable with the 2 pistons welded together, this way it will move the output block by 0.5 blocks if one piston is on (at 1) and the other is off, with some smart trickery you might also be able to use this.

Lol, you are perfectly on time, I was just researching binary addition and its logic. Excellent Visualization of the mechanical side, I used Minecraft for the electrical side with its Redstone.

An idea: You could build a Mechanicly linked plane with a flight stick that moves the controll surfafes, to make the plane fly, use the wings mod.
I actually really like this idea, I'll see if I can make it into a video at some point!
honestly, this is amazing. I understand how you made the logic gates but besides that i'm clueless what magic you did to make this work
back in early 2016 this was the only way to do logic in scrap mechanic except without the pistons
this is very cool. good job.
You also could do an AND with an OR and inverting both, inputs and outputs.
A simple inverter is just a 'U'-shaped rod of blocks. So the output will face in the same direction as the input, but since the output is also inverted it'll face in the correct direction again. Only the OR, inside the AND, is flipped back to forth.

I commented this on your other gun video but since you are making another one, I will say, thrusters in my experience work well as projectiles and they are explosion proof.
You could have made the AND gate simpler by just stacking two pistons on each other and a sensor. Both pistons would need to be active so that the block reaches the sensor.
you should try to make a working realistic car with a realistic engine, suspension, etc
I saw another TH-camr do it but you should try to make an engine using jets or something to spin the camshaft
i thought you would do this with normal logic gates but then i realised that this is Oxynity and you wouldnt do something the easy way

for some reason, any time I do anything with binary it has to include an input/output that's either 1 bit, or divisible by 8, I just don't like when there's just 4 bits, or something, if it's a 4 bit input and an 8 bit output then I'm fine, but if there's no input or output that's 1 or divisible by 8, I just won't make it, just one of my weird pet peeves

honestly, every time I try to do anything with logic, it always gets so cluttered I can't see what I'm doing and just mess up a single connection and have to remake the entire thing
