Dinner:
Lamb Chops-
Salt + pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Cajun
Parsley
Red pepper flakes
Olive oil
Glaze (simmer in pan after chops are cooked)
2tbs honey
2tbs soy sauce
2tbs garlic
2tbs brown sugar
1tbs lemon juice
1tba olive oil
Mashed potato’s-
Roasted garlic
Butter
Parmesan
Parsley
Garlic salt
Pepper
Heavy cream or Milk (I use dairy free)
Asparagus-
Butter
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Parmesan
Blackberry jalapeño Margarita-(guesstimate)
1c blackberries
Half jalapeño
1lime
1tbs-2tbs honey or agave
However much tequila you want lol
Brown butter cookies-
1c butter (cook med-dark brown,don’t overcook)
1c brown sugar
1/3c white sugar
2eggs
1tsp salt
3/4tsp baking powder
2tsp vanilla (I ran out so I used real maple syrup)
2c flour
Milk chocolate chips -semi sweet chocolate bar
Pecans
-bake at 375 for 12-15min depending on size
