Hey man, at minute 6.15 that is my mom's house. We've been working on that house for years. It was my grandparents and they passed away and it was left to my mom. If you look at it now it looks way better and we are still working on it. This may be a bad area but there's a lot of nice people around there. We help out whoever we can ❤

Great and informative video Jose !. Florida is very unique to me when it comes to crime and its statistics. I’m originally from VA; I did move to FL (Port Saint Lucie) for a short while twice I’m now back in VA, and overall it was decent. I strongly agree on Ft.Pierce!, I’ve passed through there a handful of times; the vibes I got from the some of the people weren’t the best especially at night. Like you said compared to other states in south FL isn’t a bad as people may perceive it to be as a whole but it does have some areas that are questionable, anywho be blessed!.

Bradenton where I am at now aint bad, jobs are plentiful and the hood here is nothing near as bad as miami hoods. Just avoid directly east of downtown the police radio i listen to is non stop action around there. the oneco area is hood but not as violent. Ocala and Gainsville .. i would not even move to.

I wholeheartedly agree with your assessment of Jacksonville. I used to live there and I say: "Chicago has the reputation but Jacksonville has the murders."
However, I must clarify one thing: Jacksonville and Duval County consolidated in an effort to simplify the layers of local government and to eliminate at least some of the corruption within those layers. Unfortunately, with only a few notable exceptions (Beach Blvd. and Atlantic Blvd.), any attempts at improvements have been limited to certain key areas of the city core-and even then their efforts leave much to be desired. Add the fact that downtown seems to close down at about 3:00 in the afternoon, there's no real sense of community.
Granted, consolidation has had the effect of making Jacksonville look better than it really is. Still, it has the highest murder rate in Florida; and with only fifty states, that means it does have one of the highest murder rates in the country.
Additionally, homelessness is rampant in Jacksonville. And the consolidated city is not willing to actually address it; it basically crimializes homelessness and outsources the housing and care of the homeless population to religious outfits. Indeed, the two main shelters are operated by religious outfits which are more concerned with making converts than they are with actually helping people get off of the streets, into a place to live and maintaining stability and a livelihood whereby they won't need to return to the streets. These religious outfits are making money hand over fist with their captive audience due to contributions and taxpayer dollars from the Federal faith-based initiatives office. So, of course, the people in charge of these places have no real incentive to truly help their nightly guests.

Shit was so awkward loving in that area after moving away from broward county, I've come across some shitty areas where people openly got a wooden swastika on a 10 foot piece of wood. Got a lot more NRA red state vibe in the central parts either east or west. Tampa I'd maybe visit. Shits too rural in some places, which is fine I guess if you own land to have fun with. Other then that, I'd pass. That's my opinion. But ft Lauderdale is a good equilibrium in my opinion. More diversified and I guess a better tourist area.

i know what you mean, its not my fault. we have to use the camera mounts we can get and our current car and its really hard. also, the side view camera is more noticeable and makes people nervous sometimes they chase us so its more complicated. eventually we will have to do better videos sadly right now, this is the set up we got.. if i pan sideways we get lots of glare than it looks unprofessional. when were on the road its 3 hours of recording daily so that's also not easy to make edited videos. its all quality vs quantity and at least until our cjhannel grows more we cant focus on quality. there are channels with cinema quality videos, they have 50 subscribers.. i know thats not what you want to hear as a viewer but its what it comes down to. i know what your saying and i hate that its gotta be that way. just think how much i gotta travel to have content for all these list on hand year after year.

I was born there, and it was NEVER a great place to live. I'm pretty sure every "Pedo" in Palm Bch County lives in Lake Worth. I'm 58 now and can't tell you how often I was sexually assaulted starting when I was like 2yrs old. Worst part is my Dad was a Lake Worth cop, he and his co-workers partied at our house while my Mom worked. You have no idea what it's like to have men touching you, while you can hear Daddy in the next room having a good time with his so called friends. I ran the truck stop in front of "The Port Of Palm Bch" for over 6yrs. That's in the center of Riviera Bch. I also attended jr high school at Kennedy (more then 80% blk then) but I loved that school, and never once even had anyone even attempt to rob me at the truck stop (Back then 1980-1987) we carried over $100 in cash in our pocket (No register).
