His character in a previous comedy ( called HOUSOS)was a fully sick lebbo, hard nut job but in real life he was very polite when i approached and said I like his comedy. Top bloke, shook my hand, introduced me to his girlfriend and even asked questions about myself. I told him he was " fully sick" and he laughed his head off. Hope he does more work. I peed myself laughing through their show Superwog which was in 2018 with 3 seasons / 18 episodes and is on Netflix. The brothers are a riot. The youtube channel keeps us laughing, great Aussie comedy, if you are a tad sensitive don't watch it'll offend you LOL the rest of us LOVE it, it's called COMEDY!!!!
If you can get it to watch there were comedy shows called Wog Boys and Acropolis that take the mickey ( in a fun way) out of our wonderful Greek Community along with the movi My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Australians are also brilliant at hanging shite on ourselves as being so chilled and slow and pretty stupid. Paul Hogan used to have his own comedy show, another oldie called Kingswood Country (FYI a Kingswood is an old iconic Holden car made when Aussie were either Ford people or Holden people, there about the only model cars we had). Also a great movie called The Castle. Aussies are always happy to have a laugh at themselves....life's too short😅😊
Mate, you can't find it anymore, I've tried, but when I was about 15 -16, 1980 - "The Paul Hogan Show" would air on Australian TV. There also used to be an American show called "That's Incredible" where stunt performers would perform daring stunts, and when done, the compare would say to the camera "That's Incredible". Paul immitated this in one of his skits, more than once. On one occasion, he's hiding behind something, setting up the Challenge to the listening and watching audience, about 10 tall black American Basketball players are playing ball on a court in a park : He says "righto then, go!" .. and runs from behind cover out into the middle of all of them wearing a Elvis/Evel Kenievel Style White Jumpsuit and white helmet, the men all freeze like "Wtf" and Paul Yells out "Nword" (The real one) and runs.. they all chase after him and the compare says "That's Incredible". 😂
True story.A guy did a robbery of a jewellry shop. T detectives annoyed him so he called them Starsky and Hutch. They put him in a locker and drpped it down steep stairs. The desk seargent said to take him to hospital.They said No.So desk seargent said hed record it.. Charges were dropped. They really are that power hungry and unreasonable.and cruel. Now stupid tazers....Some have had heart attacks and died from those things. Im 61.Ive seen a lot. The younger generation in Australia absolutely love these guys. My son has been watching this since they started. At first I said he could not watch it due to the swearing. My son pleaded with me to watch an episode. I was instantlly sold on their hunour. Love it - I let ( encouraged) my son continue to watch

Surely they haven't removed the gollywog! I live in Australia but grew up in the UK. I'M old enough to remember saving the paper gollywogs in the jar to finally get a metal gollywog. I loved my gollywog badges and my black baby doll. Wasn't racist at all.
@lyndabignell9660 They have and it's not a recent thing either. It's got to be at least 20 years since the little fella disappeared from the jars. There was a pub landlady here only a couple of years ago who was almost closed down because she had her collection of the Gollies on display behind the bar too.

They make fun of the stereotype of races, ethnicity, politics, corrupt police, gangs and we all just laugh about it.

I peed myself laughing through their show Superwog which was in 2018 with 3 seasons / 18 episodes and is on Netflix. The brothers are a riot. The youtube channel keeps us laughing, great Aussie comedy, if you are a tad sensitive don't watch it'll offend you LOL the rest of us LOVE it, it's called COMEDY!!!!

As an American, everything’s super funny with an Australian accent! Stereotypes & Politically incorrect’ are my favorite!
If you can get it to watch there were comedy shows called Wog Boys and Acropolis that take the mickey ( in a fun way) out of our wonderful Greek Community along with the movi My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Australians are also brilliant at hanging shite on ourselves as being so chilled and slow and pretty stupid. Paul Hogan used to have his own comedy show, another oldie called Kingswood Country (FYI a Kingswood is an old iconic Holden car made when Aussie were either Ford people or Holden people, there about the only model cars we had). Also a great movie called The Castle. Aussies are always happy to have a laugh at themselves....life's too short😅😊
Mate, you can't find it anymore, I've tried, but when I was about 15 -16, 1980 - "The Paul Hogan Show" would air on Australian TV.
There also used to be an American show called "That's Incredible" where stunt performers would perform daring stunts, and when done, the compare would say to the camera "That's Incredible".
Paul immitated this in one of his skits, more than once.
On one occasion, he's hiding behind something, setting up the Challenge to the listening and watching audience, about 10 tall black American Basketball players are playing ball on a court in a park : He says "righto then, go!" .. and runs from behind cover out into the middle of all of them wearing a Elvis/Evel Kenievel Style White Jumpsuit and white helmet, the men all freeze like "Wtf" and Paul Yells out "Nword" (The real one) and runs.. they all chase after him and the compare says "That's Incredible". 😂
