Very kool indeed, something else to at least LQQK at prior to building over the floors; Check the fuel pump age & to see if the whole tank has to be dropped if you need it repaired? I ASK This b/c; There is a spot about 1 Foot x 1 Foot that's right over the tank & fuel pump. If the original pump is still in her it's best to mark the exact spot so you can get back to it if it ever needs replacing? Cutting this small square is so much easier than draining the fuel tank, dropping the tank, then changing the pump, and putting it all back in. The "Top Down" method is used on a lot of P/U Trucks & Vans and costs up to $1200 USD's to do the job. Pulling the tank is a long hard job so at least line it out so you can save money if the pump goes & they will go when least expected. Great video guys !

Wood is readily available, easy to work with, familiar with most people, easily modified. Fiberglass is nice when it's molded to fit however cutting and sawing fiberglass yourself is a pain in the but. Plastics can easily break or tear when being cut/modified.

You know you're still early in the buikd or maybe it too late. On mine, it's this you can get your van widen the back it's about 6-7 thousand and it only add 3 inches or 6 " total. So mine I have designed that 3 " indentation as storage inside the frame, so it the sane as getting your van widen. It can be done.

If I was going to build a van again, I would not use wood inside coverings, but insulation an clorh fabric, weighing a lot less.
I never understood why everyone has to use wood, surely there must be a lighter way ?
