@@SuperVirgin-vc3jd New Vegas certainly had problems at launch, problems entirely caused by Bethesda forcing Obsidian Entertainment to release the game on an eleven month short timeline, to which point that they basically had no snowballs chance in hell of releasing the game without obvious problems. That faulty launch is entirely on Bethesda's shoulders. And to add insult to injury for Bethesda, the game still turned out to be a far better Fallout game than anything Bethesda has made despite the obvious problems. Those problems were skin deep and primarily performance issues, but go past the bugs? And you have a game that's far and above every other game that's been released since Bethesda obtained the IP.
The Ceasar's legion question depends on your faction. Members of the legion all refer to him with a hard C (Kai-zar). Other's in game call him Ceasar (see-zar)
Dude, I have TRIED, to get into the previous titles, the way F4 did, its not possible. no sprinting? even worse, i went from Skyrim to F4, so being able to jump while sprinting, ALONE, is my selling point! it is THE BEST the franchise has offered to date.

Especially compared to New Vegas. So... throughout New Vegas the NPC's all pronounce Caesar differently, and this is on purpose, you see, English speaking countries have mis-translated the old Latin word, but the Germans translated it correctly, and this is something you can talk to Caesar about, but while spelled Caesar, it is pronounced Kaiser.

Even though Vault 33 is shown to be in Santa Monica (based on the pier) I feel like it has to be a Disney joke, just look up all the references to 33 within Disney. Even Disneyland is addressed as 3333 Disneyland Dr. (However their mailing address is officially "Main Street USA")

I could relate to the engine being too old, had my gripes with it as well. (Like cazadores phasing in and out of the rocks.) As it was hardly playable on PS3 I never finished it myself.

Oddly enough the hard C is what would be closer to the classic way the Romans would have said it in Latin at the time

Fallout is a good game, but not a great game and not a very good rpg game. It is more of a first person shooter with modification and rpg elements
