I really enjoy you showing also the wrong positions. It's so easy to overlook shoulder rotation as a newbie, and by pointing out the common mistakes, you do us a great favour. Thanks!

Your videos really do demonstrate both your knowledge and your expert technique. The information and demonstrations are thorough, unhurried and complete - it is particularly useful to see incorrect form too since awareness of postural inaccuracies should lead to safer exercise. As a complete beginner (I'm a 40-something, obese British woman who has recently started a weight-loss journey (26lbs down in 8 weeks)) your videos are providing a great source of inspiration and something to really aspire too. I am hoping that, following your tips and routines, I will banish the many aches and pains that plague me currently! Thank you

Hello Alex and Span I really like to watch you and I think you are the most professional in the field and the most accurate and very fun to learn from you .... There are a lot of exercises I want to do but I am limited in both hands thumb and middle finger Trigger Finger. Which causes me great pain and, of course, limitation in most exercises. Do you have any advice for me? And are there any exercises that can cure this for me? I would be grateful if you would give me correct and accurate advice that I begin to practice and return to physical fitness and health again. Which will also help me to emerge from depression of disability and mental distress. Thank you very much and good night!
