Thousands (here in NYC!), and in mint condition! 😍😉 He should take a quick drive to NYC; Brooklyn, where I'm from, to be exact, is at the forefront of the MCM, Scandinavian, retro/hipster Vintage theme. I personally love the set, and that design and stain is very fresh and easy to decorate with. 👍
I was shocked when I recognized the bedroom furniture in your storage locker is part of a line that matches a set my mother bought used in 1962. The date of 1946 is marked on the back of each piece that I have but no manufacturer name. Mine is mahogany veneer which is a little darker and was so beautiful for many years. Yours is in fantastic condition while mine has become quite damaged over the years by my daughter's family. However, I've always loved it's simple modern design and is now back in my spare bedroom. It's still sturdy and I love the wonderful deep drawers. Old quality furniture like that is a huge bargain for buyers. Then again I hope you did make a decent sale. Thanks for sharing!
the red baskets are nice. the furniture is very nice.dresser is nice looking.,amoire is lovely.,You are very strong to handle the furniture by your self.
The bedroom furniture is mid century modern, likely Danish, well made (dovetail joints) and not cheap. God, I hope no one destroys it with an amateur DIY.
Love ur channel y'all are very amusing.. it helps me get the through my day with my family of 6 kids my husband and my disabled mother loosing our home to a jerk who bought our property for 85 hundred dollars as we don't have 9 thousand to save our home of 36 years.. I'm also disabled and a survivor of brain cancer 2 times over so thank you for posted and making my days a little easier..
Hey Taco! You have Dept. 56 items in that tote! (Christmas village pieces) You didn't look at them, unless you did when you unloaded everything. THEY ARE VALUABLE. Especially if they are "retired" pieces. Look them up on ebay. My family has a collection of the Dicken's village and Heritage Collection and I recognized those boxes when your camera showed you going to look at the armoire. Please don't throw those out. You can make good money if they are in good condition. (if someone else noticed this, sorry for posting again, but I didn' t have time to read all 325 comments.)
I like that the person who stored these things was clean, wrapped the furniture and no junk junk! Perk...you got your 5 dollars back in quarters! Liked this vid!
Best way to tell how old something is by opening up the drawers and looking at the way it was put together . That first dresser you opened might be an antique , looks like it's made from oak I'd say 1950s -70s . Check the bottom usually there's a tag there. Btw old antique furniture sells for a lot, depends on the age of it 1800s furniture can sell for millions 1900s can sell for thousands
The rounded dresser is tongue and groove. You can see it by how the drawer is assembled. Not a cheap piece by any means. Sometimes the stamp is on the bottom or the back.
Don’t listen to the critics and the Know it Alls. You aren’t supposed to know everything and we don’t know what you’re thinking. I know what a lot of the stuff is re furniture because I’m 54. And I have been to my share of flea/antique markets. Your knowledge of sportswear is incredible ie hats, brands, teams etc. I have learned a lot from you. You are overly generous in sharing this with us. I’m just grateful I get to go along for the ride. I respect your principles in making sure to turn in pics and wallets etc as well as making that extra trip for donating. I would not be as brave as you are re letting people see how I would do that type of business. You’re a great guy.
The furniture is a win.....people pay good money for old wood furniture...especially with the chalk painting craze. In the midwest area you could easily throw the red chest on FB Marketplace and get $40-$50 as is...just describe as VINTAGE...thats the hot seller right now..lol
Those metal baskets go in the grey dresser. Just because there is nothing made of metal to scrap, didn't mean the locker isn't worth money! You got a good locker there and you can make good money from it if you do it right, you can make much more then 150.00 profit!! Why do you think that bedroom set was wrapped up the way it was, because It is worth quite a bit!!!! lol go for it!!
Maybe to stop damage from scratches or damp, because it has more value. This bloke never seems happy, $5, that's a good buy, and he knows how to sell it lol.
I would never call the bedroom set Art Deco, but it def qualifies as Mid-century. Interesting color, bows fronts, armoire and dresser - you could make at least 200 on these. As you probably know, a set of furniture is worth more than a single piece. I agree w comments about spray painting the credenza and the chest. Might want to remove some of the hideous paint choices to discover if there might actually be decent wood underneath. People do really silly things sometimes, like not appreciate a piece as is and get overly zealous with the spray paint cans. LOL. Good luck with it!
on your dresser armoire set it looks 50's or 60's style. Look on the bottom for a manufactures stamp. if there is one then you should be able to get a minimum of $150 to $200. from what i saw it is a good quality veneer over solid wood set and may be worth more.
Wow that is one mighty good locker. Look at that furniture and it’s all wrapped too for protection. You need to check those quarters as I have learned if they have the years of 1968 and older they will be actual silver.
I think this was a locker that a furniture repurposer was keeping their stock in, as several pieces have already been done over. Put them up on local Facebook buy and sell pages, or Craigslist. They would also go well at the flea market. Think you could make $500 or more on them.
Good locker! You found cash that covered your buy and then some. All profit now... The blue dresser without drawers... use the wire baskets in it and get more money, put the two red ones in each big opening and the one with No.1 in one of the drawer slots. Leave one empty. It can go in a laundry or play room. I recently sold one similar for $125.00.
it was a CLEAN unit! The furniture was wrapped (and in very good shape!) the Christmas stuff will sell at the flea market. The DYI painted pieces will also sell at the flea market. Put the bedroom set on Craigs list and sell it. You already made your money back in quarters, so this unit is pure profit!! Absolutely no trash (even the train parts and clothes could go to the flea market!! LOL) Way to go Taco!!
You've got potential for way more than $150 the Bedroom set alone you should be able to get $450-500 from the right buyer. Spend $5-10 for Coats hooks for on the top of the Green mirror and you've got $50 Hall mirror. I'd also strip and repaint the red chest add some short legs making it a coffee table. I see a lot more, if you put in the work.
THose department 56 christmas village pieces sell, they are slow to move but for the houses you can get 20-50 a piece and the smaller ones you can get 5-20 each depending...
The rolling stand/entertainment center is made of pallets and most likely never had any drawers. The green trimmed mirror does go with the matching mini "console" table/side table. They usually are placed in an entry way or hallway.
Awesome 5 dollar find .Few hundred dollars there plus the quarters paid for it and them some to wash and clean your van lol great video.also love your digging videos. My father and mom dug for years along with us kids back in the 60's and 70's
First glance at it, I would def go for the locker as well! A lot of furniture people don't realize is so easy to revamp and sell at a very profitable price.
Wow Taco! Great Locker! Id love to see the red wire baskets and the No.1 all sat in that gray dresser. I bet it looked awesome set up and hope you get good money for that piece. All my best my friend
That bedroom set is 50's to 60's. With the curve front to them they would sell nicely. Take it it an antique store or put the set on Craigslist or what ever you use for local sales. That was a great locker for 5.00. Check those quaters, you may have some older silver ones in there. Plus I agree with the other commenter that it looked like there may have been some half dollars in the bag. I would also flea market the red trunk, grenn table and green mirror.
Great storage. You made your money back already. Now all the rest is profit. I will like to see more storage auction videos. If you run across craft stuff that stuff will sell . I know I will buy it. I am trying to get my craft supplies up. I LOVE doing crafts. Have a Blessed Day Taco Stacks 😍💜⭐
Those are some nice pieces of furniture. You can tell by the construction of the corners. If you didn't make at least a couple hundred you need to learn more.
You scored big on this one! That bedroom set is definitely MCM. Try Craigslist or Facebook marketplace. Also consider checking your area for furniture consignment shops. We have a couple here in our area and they get good money for vintage stuff. They take a good chunk of the proceeds, but it's nice not to have to mess with no shows from local sales sites. Thanks for sharing!
I'd ask $150.00 for the full bedroom set. The contact paper in the drawers is vintage 60s to early 70s, so the set could be late Deco to mid century modern. Nice sturdy real wood set. Red thing could be a cool toy box, I'd pay $20-25 for it. The grey rolling piece could be repurposed as a tv/entertainment center. You got a great buy!.
Mr Stacks. The bedroom set is mid century and modern but not quite the MCM that's super valuable. The Danish teak stuff with tiny legs are mega hot. That said as a set it's worth a grand in NYC and in your area around $600. It's 1950s modern blonde oak. The light colors sell best as Ikea is all the rage. Darker colors are a tough sell right now. Someone should be happy to cough up $500 for quality vintage furniture. Good luck.
Taco you scored with that $5 locker. I know what was in that lockers not your cup of tea... BUT Beautiful mid century furniture... everything in that locker is clean and very salable. 😻😻😻
Hey Stacks, I just saw a meme on Facebook that is appropriate for what you do...Junkernecking...noun...a form of rubbernecking used to determine if roadside junk is trash or treasure. I enjoy your videos...happy hunting!
The wet spot under the bag was moisture coming up from the concrete. The bag prevented it from evaporating. That’s why it’s always best to elevate things when placing on concrete.
Great locker. There is money to be made here! The metal baskets look to be from Hobby Lobby. The furniture appears to be Mid Century Modern. Check the back, bottom or drawers for the maker's name. Example, Heywood Wakefield furniture can be worth thousands. Check mint date of quarters for the silver content, if pre 1965, more money. Jim Shore Christmas collectibles are more money. Cha ching! You have a good eye, now take the time for research and sell where you can get the most money. This one isn't a quick nickel locker, go for the slow dime. TFS.
For the furniture you could sell on Facebook Yard Sale Sights, Craig’s List, OfferUp and Let Go are all options. With the quarter find you have already made a profit from the unit. Your going to make a decent profit from that unit. Great Job!
Congratulations on your five dollar locker! The found quarters make it a freebie. So all the rest is frosting on the cake. I would say it was money well spent
The Christmas stuff is Department 56 North Pole Village, most likely retired. Each house sells for $50 to $350 each. That's where your money maker is... check out Ebay. And the train tracks might also be for the Village
That bedroom set looks more European than American. The styling of the handles are the tell. That set is solid keep it together. That long green mirror and little hanging shelf are suited for an entry way.
BEFORE YOU SAID IT IN THE VIDEO, WHEN I SAW THE LITTLE TABLE I THOUGHT: "THAT ITSELF IS WORTH THE $5 INVESTED IN THE STORAGE LOCKER. I THINK YOU COULD REACH THE $200 MARK ON ALL THE THINGS IN THAT LOCKER. PLEASE KEEP US POSTED ON HOW MUCH WAS THE REAL PROFIT FROM THAT STORAGE LOCKER. KEEP YOUR VIDEOS COMING!!!
missions and some churches that help people get back on their feet happily take donations of furniture and you can take it off your taxes as its a charitable donation
That bedroom set looks Danish. I think the person that had that locker did some refurbishing with furniture. Next time you pick up a unit like that, you need a helper. I know from experience and have broken a few good pieces trying to get them into the truck. Keep up the good work!
On wood items like the dresser your value can be established by Dove tail work on the drawers. That's great furniture. Cheap stuff the drawers don't last.
Looks like it could possibly be an antique bedroom set can’t really tell though. The baskets look like a Hobby Lobby item. That red fake chest is probably a toy box. Good project piece. Great video! The green set looks like entry hall table with mirror needs repainted
That bedroom set is worth hundreds, looks solid wood, dovetail drawers, worth a closer look inside for a label or burnt brand/crest, armoire is amazing, if I lived on your block, I'd offer as much as $150, with a closer look. If your careful with it & take the time to stage it @ your house in a spare bedroom setting, with the right photo spread, like in magazine ads & look into bulk freight rates, find some shipping blankets for your van, etc. worth possibly just over a grand with (in-state) shipping. That red thing (sad, paint job) blanket box has a design underneath the paint. The dresser, looked like a little water damage in the top left corner of the drawer-(a-stick&soft-edge clamp), maybe more stains under the paper-(lite-wash-real-turpentine/tungoil&clean rags) to even out the color, maybe a little bees wax along the drawer slides, scratches down the front, if there not too deep-(lite feather-edge sanding&scuff) that drawer face only, apply a little clear coat-(matte or gloss) to match the other pieces, that's maybe half day in sunshine, so the wood can warm up to your gentle work & come back to life. Let it rest inside away from any dampness.
The little green table and mirror would be perfect for an entry way table or a hallway. If you posted that on Facebook marketplace you could probably get $50 for the pair easily.
Those chest and armoire dresser look art deco to me they all had big round mirrors. Probably from mid 40's to early 50's . I just sold a set for 300. You just need the right buyer. Can't tell if the bed is part of the set.
that bedroom suite looks like it might be something out of the 50's or 60's era . That trunk someone could use as a toy chest, that long bench a lot of people use in a mudroom or utilityroom to store shoes and boots in the bottom part or they have one in their entrance way to use for the same thing . You scored some good things :D .........PEACE.......
DUDE! That is a complete set of “Mid Century Modern “ bedroom furniture. Highly collectible and worth WAY more than $125.
800.00 plus

The furniture alone, you can get $1,000. Those pieces are FABULOUS!!!! YES more auctions. Great job!
the red baskets are nice. the furniture is very nice.dresser is nice looking.,amoire is lovely.,You are very strong to handle the furniture by your self.
good finds!!! as it gets warmer I will be hitting up some actions and yard sales!!!!
Nice locker great bedroom set the other piece is a kitchen island and the red chest would also make a good coffee table
The bedroom furniture is mid century modern, likely Danish, well made (dovetail joints) and not cheap. God, I hope no one destroys it with an amateur DIY.
I got the same large, red, wire basket at Hobby Lobby. One was $50.00. Great buy!
Jan Creson I keep getting these 40% off coupons from hobby lobby, on my e-mail haven't shop there in awhile.
Hahaha. I love it! Got your money back in quarters and some. And a cabinet with fake drawers! That was priceless!
The gray thing will go for about $150-200 down here. Great kitchen island for the country kitchen
Bedroom set is retro Scandinavian. Beautiful! Should ask for at least $300-$400 for set. Very much sought after.
Nice!

Taco Stacks, your furniture find looks like mid to late 50s and early 60s. Very well made, real wood.

Beautiful dovetail design...😍
I'm at 5:03 saying "just open something already!" Lol
I said the same thing, Bob.
I totally agree. Less talking, more opening. Or do both at the same time; you know, multi-task!
He is so bad at this.
God bless I'm not the only one that thinks this guy talk's to much shit bro he just talks and talks doesn't open shit FML.

Bedroom set is Art Deco.
The furniture was wrapped with plastic wrap to keep the drawers from sliding open when you move them.

Red vintage blanket chest is probably worth $100+, maybe not that much since it needs a new coat of paint, or better yet, a stripping and staining.
I'd buy that red table in a heatbeat it would be great to use as a coffee table
You had me howling about orange box. Lol Taco
Great video TS.... CONGRATS ON 30K.

Good Job!!! Worth It for sure!!!
You’re a true storage buyer garbage pickers and flea market person I really like how you show The real side of how this life is
The rolling stand/entertainment center is made of pallets and most likely never had any drawers.
I believe the matching furniture ie. chest, dresser w/mirror and headboard/foot-board w/rails are 60's Danish Modern style.
👍love your Storage unit videos this one had us 😂 doors don’t open
First glance at it, I would def go for the locker as well! A lot of furniture people don't realize is so easy to revamp and sell at a very profitable price.
I love your video cause ur genuine truthful no click bait and u get what u get and work with it....
Wow Taco! Great Locker! Id love to see the red wire baskets and the No.1 all sat in that gray dresser. I bet it looked awesome set up and hope you get good money for that piece. All my best my friend

Farmhouse decor is in right now. Those baskets will go for a lot more on Ebay. Nice score.

Nice!! It payed for itself!!! Woohoo!!
Real wood! THEY SHOULD MAKE A DECENT DOLLAR. All of it is retro or antique. Good luck.
The drawer on the matching chest I think I saw Dove Tail; which is a sign of good quality.
Great locker. There is money to be made here! The metal baskets look to be from Hobby Lobby. The furniture appears to be Mid Century Modern. Check the back, bottom or drawers for the maker's name. It always amazes me how little furniture goes for up north! I'm in southwest GA. That bedroom set would sell for at least $200 here!
That dresser/armoire was sort of art deco-ish, and there's definitely a market for it.
Thanks for sharing your finds in your first storage locker experience. Was fun to see what you bought. Good luck in future finds.
For the furniture you could sell on Facebook Yard Sale Sights, Craig’s List, OfferUp and Let Go are all options. With the quarter find you have already made a profit from the unit. Your going to make a decent profit from that unit. Great Job!
Could never lose on a $5 buy totally for the dream!
Tucker Upper hand on
Beautiful bedroom suite love your storage locker videos
Great core Stacks! So glad you found some cash too! You work hard and deserve a surprise like that!
This was the first storage auction locker I've seen and really enjoyed it! Love all your videos. Keep up the great work.
It would also be good to get a follow up video on what you made and where you sold the items. Along with a total profit.
Definitely want to see more storage unit finds. Enjoyed the video.
Money own this town!!! Those Christmas buildings went to a train set. Add some antique hooks to the mirror. Will sell better.
Hey,,,take that dresser to an antique store....that dresser is not a typical dresser.not a piece of junk....I promise you.
Man that was a clean locker...unusual. I always found the perverts lockers.😁
Wow! You got a great locker there! I love videos like this.

That bedroom set looks Danish. I think the person that had that locker did some refurbishing with furniture. Next time you pick up a unit like that, you need a helper. I know from experience and have broken a few good pieces trying to get them into the truck. Keep up the good work!
Was that tung and grove on the drawers. Looks Danish design with that pull groove
On wood items like the dresser your value can be established by Dove tail work on the drawers. That's great furniture. Cheap stuff the drawers don't last.
Sell it all , antique bedroom suite. Looks like a kitchen island on that long piece.
Hey Taco, loved the storage locker video! Definitely do more of them BUT please keep up your curb-side picking too!
You go Taco. Your doing furniture. You rock
The little green table and mirror would be perfect for an entry way table or a hallway. If you posted that on Facebook marketplace you could probably get $50 for the pair easily.
The armoire and the dresser are matched set and a quite nice. The dovetail joints on it show it to be at least a higher-quality set.
Make some drawers .lovely gray blue sideboard nice taco keep it look nice in yourbedroom
Those chest and armoire dresser look art deco to me they all had big round mirrors. Probably from mid 40's to early 50's . I just sold a set for 300. You just need the right buyer. Can't tell if the bed is part of the set.
Looks like dovetail joints in the drawers, so likely midcentury.
that bedroom suite looks like it might be something out of the 50's or 60's era . That trunk someone could use as a toy chest, that long bench a lot of people use in a mudroom or utilityroom to store shoes and boots in the bottom part or they have one in their entrance way to use for the same thing . You scored some good things :D .........PEACE.......
That long grey thing looks like a TV stand.
Your bedroom furniture looks a lot like Hayward Wakefield. 😻😻😻
