Recipe ----------------------------------------------
Ingredients (3 servings)
3 bags bean sprouts
Half a small spring onion
500g pork belly
Wash bean sprouts, put 1 tablespoon sake in earthenware pot and spread bean sprouts.
2. Spread the pork belly on top of the bean sprouts and sprinkle with spring onions. 3.
Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Mix equal parts of soy sauce and lemon juice, black pepper, and chili pepper.
