I would want a larger bowl AND I would love a single base that could operate two bowls at the same time. Feeding bigger groups and preparing multiple recipes simultaneously are two features I would love to see.
@@ThermoKitchen It could still have plastic handles, but I don't like my food touching the plastic directly. The steaming bowls could easily be stainless steel.
Your presentation is very encouraging. I just upgraded from a TM5 to the TM6 about two weeks ago. I did think about the possibility of a TM7 coming but my consultant said she didn’t hear anything about a new machine nor did she think the TM7 would be coming out anytime soon. Because I have not had the TM 6 very long, I think the one upgrade which probably could be done would be to use the high temperature setting freely instead of it being part of a cookedoo recipe. As a sidenote, I am very happy I upgraded to the TM 6. The TM 5 is a great machine. However, I wanted the advanced functionality of the TM6.
Congratulations on getting your TM6! I’m sure you will love your new machine. The high heat function is automatically available in the relevant Cookidoo recipes. Cookidoo recipes are also regularly updated as needed. Everything remains “up to the minute” current with this new system. Happy Cooking J
I made my favorite minestrone soup for the first time in the TM 6. It was pretty much like making in my former TM 5. However, I used the pre-clean function with a few drops of detergent. Wow, it is awesome. There is a big difference in the functionality between the TM5 and the TM6. they are both great machines, but I had the opportunity to upgrade to the TM6 and I’m really glad I did it. Lol, I do not work for the company. I usually upgrade my food preparation equipment when there is new features that I want to be able to use.
It would make sense that because the TM6 is capable of having updates added to the machine to broaden the functionality it does not seem economical for the manufacturer to introduce a TM7 until they have exhausted all the possible updates on the TM6
Hi. Thanks very informative and makes sense. You say you wouldn’t need anything else but the one big issue I see is the size. The bowl is too small for a family of 4 hence why we didn’t buy it and buying the companion bowl is very expensive and increases preparation time. Once the bowl is larger I will definitely buy it
I have two teenagers, currently 6’3” tall and still growing and a 6’6” husband. They eat😂 We almost always have leftovers. It’s just a matter of choosing the right recipe and using the Varoma to steam food at the same time ❤ I would love to show you how🥰

A smoother UI which most likely would result in a higher amount of ram and mostly likely a storage upgrade. At the very same time I hope they will not slap an "AI" logo on it which would be most likely a paid subscription to unlock most likely useless features such as perhaps voice control for recipes, voice guidance or some form of tips.
I have been caught out twice now with buying a thermomix. There has been no transparency at all with the consultants I have dealt with which makes me very nervous about upgrading and when to upgrade. I think with the TM7 I would like a bigger bowl like some of the other competers have and less plastic.
I saw Cars with Facelift and extra optionals bevore a new model was released i feel the Same for the diamond and friend from Thermomix ITS basically a Facelift with a special offer

The only thing I don’t like about thermomix is when you purchase an extra bowl,you only get the bowl,not the blades or base or measuring cup and lid,what’s the use,waste of money and time.

I love my TMX 6. I have had TMX 31 & TMX 5. You aptly stated that the best TMX machine is the one you have on your bench. My cousin introduced me to TMX in 2012 and is still using her 31 model. The thing I would like the TMX 7 to do is be a pressure cooker.
Yes, having a Thermomix really does save you time, effort and money. I would not like to be without mine while I waited for the possibility of an upgraded machine in the far future.
It was officially announced at the end of the last year that model 6 is as good as it gets & there will be no model 7 in 2024 or in any feasible future. Vorwerk said to "f--k off" to all "new gadgets jackoffs" & suggested to be happy with what they already have 😂 (for Vorwerk is not the Apple, Inc. ... baby)!

More complicated the gadget more regrets you will have when one of the functions will stop working on you'll have to fix that particular function without opportunity to use TM for other things. Just pray to God they will not add anything else to TM7 ...
Was great listening to you about these great machines hve always wanted one but they are so pricey a payment plan would help but if they run on wifi thts extra money ... Does the TM5 and 6 work from wifi? Also is there a cookbook to go wth these models ?
Hi Gina, The Tm5 and TM6 can both be used with wifi but are equally able to be used in manual mode without wifi. The basic cookbook is included with the machine with some really good recipes. Also, independent recipe developers like myself have free recipes on their websites www.thermo.kitchen The Tm6 allows you to do so many new things in manual mode which saves you money and effort. For example, I just made 1 litre of delicious vanilla yoghurt using ferment mode for $1.00 whereas when I buy a similar tasting brand it costs $9 for 500ml. The ferment mode is one of about 16 new things you can do in manual mode on the TM6. We always offer the Zip finance 24 months interest free finance. The cost is $27.12 per week. I love mine however I do feel shafted as I bought the TM 31 in 2014- 3 weeks prior to the release of the TM5 and was definitely not told about the release of the upgraded model pending. Nor was I offered a free upgrade. I spoke to the rep about this as the price was exactly the same. I was told it was basically bad luck. Offering the TM31 owners that opportunity is totally untrue. I ordered my appliance and received it AFTER the release of the new one. I would love to upgrade but I don’t trust the company- there was no transparency- the rep swore she did not know and offered no upgrade - beautiful machine but disappointing after paying $2,500 nearly 10 years ago
If that was the timing of your TM31 purchase you would have been sent an email approx 1 year later offering you the TM5 as compensation for not getting g notice. Perhaps your email went to spam or you had selected to opt out of communication from Thermomix?
I have the monsieur cuisine smart since January 2022 and I am absolute happy with it. It was more than €1.000 cheaper than the TM6 en can do everything the TM can. And it has a bigger capacity
I’m pleased you like you cheaper cooker. It’s true that it does do the most basic of Thermomix functions. I would liken that machine to the TM5 when it was first brought out 10 years ago and didn’t have all the additional features and functions. We started the TM5 with about 350 guided recipes back in those days. I see the Mon’ Cuisine has 200. Now we have more than 90,000 guided cooking recipes, the TM6 can meal plan, prepare a weekly or monthly grocery list. Send the list to the supermarket for click and collect it home delivery. You can filter by cuisines, dietary restrictions. You can adjust the recipes for how many people you need to serve by just adjusting serving size. Additionally I noticed the timer is limited to 99minutes on the mon’ cuisine. This is not the case with the TM6 which allow the machine to make fermented foods on a timer for up to 12 hours, such as yoghurt, cheese starters, mascarpone. It also allows the TM6 to act as a slow cooker for up to 8 hours. The accessories give the Thermomix the ability to slice potato’s and vegetables for potato bakes like a mandoline would in different thicknesses, or to grate carrot, cheese, onion, zucchini etc in thick or thin. It can also peel potatoes with another cheap attachment added. This is all off the top of my head. There are a world of other functions and features 1gm weighing, creating your own recipes for guided cooking. I’m going to stop listing now. The build, quality, warranty, functionally and power are like comparing apples and oranges.

When will the slicing attachment actually be available? It seems like it's been out of stock almost the whole time since it was released. I signed up for emails here, but noticed it's removed it entirely from the US website. It would be great if they bought out a bigger size bowl and stainless steel lids for those who want it.
More complicated the gadget more troubles when one little thing will go wrong and you will not be able to use the whole unit. Pray to God they will not make TM even more complicated. Imagine pressure cooker and ice cream maker in it. Total nightmare

You’re 100% correct. There is no transparency- great appliance but no offer of a free upgrade as stated in the video.

Well, the TM7 could have a compressor inside and work as an ice cream maker for example, or have the possibility to install two bowls or a larger one

The same happened to me with the TM5 (bough less than 2 months before the TM6 was announced).

I'm so sorry, I don't know what is happening in the US but it is being made available to those on waitlists in Australia now.
For me TM7 should have a bigger bowl and pressure cooking. This I use a lot but can't on my TM5 unfortunately.

Perhaps you should consider updating the software on the TM6 rather than wanting a hardware update. TM6 is state of the art!
