    Thank you so much Megan for sharing this healing modality. When I began this practice; years of sciatic pain was almost constant. After practicing this session daily for almost 2 weeks; I am amazed that the pain is almost completely gone in my 72 year old back. I can’t thank you enough. 🙏

    I don’t know how I missed the release of this one but there are no mistakes in life. I was working in the yard today pulling poison ivy and other vines. I went to stand up straight and couldn’t as my low back into my tailbone hurt so bad. No idea what I did. So I moved around until I could walk and walked it out but I knew I had to do some yoga. I was going to look back through your videos and saw this recent one. Wow it was exactly what I needed. I’m pain free almost. I’ll do this one again in the morning. Thank you so much!

      The universe always provides 😊. And I can commiserate. I did something similar to my back in May cutting down brambles and gorse 🥹
