I don’t know how I missed the release of this one but there are no mistakes in life. I was working in the yard today pulling poison ivy and other vines. I went to stand up straight and couldn’t as my low back into my tailbone hurt so bad. No idea what I did. So I moved around until I could walk and walked it out but I knew I had to do some yoga. I was going to look back through your videos and saw this recent one. Wow it was exactly what I needed. I’m pain free almost. I’ll do this one again in the morning. Thank you so much!
@@MeganMacCarthy did the one for hips today....they are looser now...the psoas was hard like rock from a shock accident...looser now..but all of your videos will help...thank you
@@MeganMacCarthy Yeah it’s been a lot. I’m so glad I’ve found this yoga form. Been doing Hatha for a long time but injuries and emotional trauma have kept me from the mat for over a year. I appreciate you bringing me back ❤️
