20:54 well he was the reason why the necrons became the necrons as he accepted the deal with the c'tan and he has full control until he sent them to bed and turned it off

You should watch GW, W+ shows that have some nice Necrone animation + one called "Hammer and Bolter" have one full piece about Mr. Steal your girlfriend aka Trazyn the Infinite ;)

Necrons have no souls, so Chaos can't corrupt them. And they heavily despise the Ruinous Powers and all God-like creatures in general

Another interesting subfaction of the necrons are known as "Flayed Ones" who are afflicted with a corruption of their code known as the "Flayer Curse". This causes them to have an obsession for flesh and an unsatisfiable desire to consume it. They are driven completely insane, and will randomly appear during battles (causing considerable annoyance to the other necrons, who loathe them and view them as degenerate monsters), and they will spread terror amongst the enemy ranks as they skin their soldiers alive, some pointlessly attempting to shove fleshy bits into their faces, while others cover their bodies in the flesh of the dead. When the bloodshed is over, they disappear back into a pocket dimension.

My favorite necron is the half space pirate half space hobo Anrakyr. Dude is doing nothing but helping his own people, awakening them and letting them choose their own paths aside from the tithe he genuinely needs to keep his mission ongoing after suffering various losses in the process of bringing their lazy asses back online. The same can't be said for the any of the entire rest of the control freaks that are necron leadership. Close second is Trazyn cuz he's the only one with a sense of humor, enough to even be labeled a troll. As for what you said about running them tabletop - I wish I could do necrons, but I love the orks too much if I was to invest and play the full 40k way. Now, playing the smaller and more manageable Kill Team tabletop on the other hand, I'd run a small squad of necrons any day in that setting. Also for the question you posed about how they'd reverse biotransference, look up the show they dropped earlier this year Pariah Nexus. Its only 3 episodes, and teases the primary architect of that very process in his attempts to reverse it.

About chaos corruption, no there was not even a single necron who got corrupted to chaos. Chaos of course can fight them, but not they cant get corrupted like other races.
Szarekh is basically Necron Emperor, just change "OP psyker power" to "OP tech power"
