Like inside-outside foot if defender on the hip to extend, OR outside-inside foot to shield the ball, or strength hop through on both feet. Also, slow step is gaining popularity, and be different rhythm changer first or second step slow, or both.

Consistency I can feel what I do wrong but it’s hard to adjust sometimes
