    The freshly-made gooey Goma Dango are delicious but the anko inside is piping hot so be careful not to burn your tongue. Alternatively, you can use pumpkin or sweet potato paste instead of bean paste. (^^) 揚げたてのごま団子はもっちりしていて美味しいです。出来たては中がとても熱いので火傷しないように注意して下さいね。あんの代わりにかぼちゃやさつまいものペーストでも作れます。(*^^*)

    I watched this video about 20 times, went to the Asian Market & got the stuff, and made these last night. They turned out great for a first try! I even made my own red bean paste first. So proud of this accomplishment. These are a huge favorite of mine. Thank you for teaching me!! 😁. Can’t wait to share with everybody.

    I love this! Sesame balls is a popular snack where I live, though we usually have peanut paste as the filling (red bean isn't a popular choice here). I've loved this since I was a toddler, now I can make my own! Thank you so much Chef!

      I think that's a different kind of snack thou. considering the food that you are thinking is green and filled with coconut/brown sugar right? That's a malay snack :) So it's kind of different from what you are imagining.

    • @hotteststarlight3629
      @hotteststarlight3629 10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No. Im talking about this 'kuih' actually. But my mom made with coconut. I also know the kuih you're talking about, buah melaka right? Haha. Im talking about kuih bijan/bom, my mom version. Hahah!

    • @seotaesic1

      You're right. this is very identical to Kuih Bom - a malay delicacy. hahaha. i didn't know even the Japanese have their own version of that kuih. and kuih bom is slightly bigger than the goma dango that the chef made i think.
