Good stuff. I’m so glad the military is letting you do this. THIS is what we need for recruiting these days. NOT a dumb poster at the post office ! Thank you.

100 percent. if people can see whats expected of you and how the procedures work they will be much more interested and confident in signing up. Im 47, half blind, scared of flying, shakey hands and poor judgment but im almost convinced i could give it a go😂😂😂 almost😅 i realy enjoy this insight.

Absolutely. The military needs to take advantage of the popularity of TH-cam with an age group of people best suited to serve. Let people film vids and content like this. Easy, simple, entertaining, no classified info, good to go.

My brother in law flew Helo’s off from US Naval Air Craft Carriers in the Gulf War and the Iraq conflict. He was a Lieutenant JG in the Navy and when a pilot would go overboard, the helicopter would effect a search and deploy divers to make a rescue. He also was in charge of a unit that deployed “Soni-bouys” that were used to detect Soviet Submarines. I really admire the work of these Pilots and Support Staff in keeping the Navy ship shape.

Brother, you do have a very soothing voice. You remind me a lot of my own brother, only he's a bass and you're a tenor. My brother's men loved him, and they would follow him anywhere, because he did not take advantage of his officer's position, he relied on his Chief and he was fair with his men. If they had questions or concerns, they knew they could come right to him, and he would explain things without talking down to them or getting snippy. He retired a LCDR. I'll bet you're a top notch instructor, just like my brother. My brother Joe has always been able to explain things to me on my level without being condescending. I bet you can do that, too. Fly Navy, brother!

    Awesome point of view.
Kudos to US Navy for holding the security in the region. Before 1979 hellish riots, Imperial Iranian Navy was securing the region from Persian Gulf all the way to Indian ocean under the cover of IIAF F-4E's from Bushehr & Bandar AFB.
Wish those peaceful days comeback, and God save us from the current fanatics regime!
    Fly Navy!

I would like to thank the blast deflectors for their work in sending the jet blast and noise away from the flight deck and up to my work station on the signal bridge!! They did an excellent job in causing my severe hearing loss and tinnitus, job well done blast deflectors job well done.
I only hope that in the 50 year period since my time in the navy that all crew members are given the best noise reduction equipment known to man!!!

👏👏…all of the JBD operators and Flight Deck crew are appreciative of your “kind” words. And because of this, the rest of the crew wouldn’t be blown overboard. And I’ll go ahead and speak for the rest of every JBD Operator and every crew member by saying “Fuck You”. Anybody and everybody that has worked around Aircraft during their enlistment, has been fighting the VA to claim either “Hearing loss or Tinnitus”. You’re not the only one Chuck.

Seen many a cat shots from that deck back in 98 after our wing transitioned from the Kennedy. Of course back then they were flying the AE-6. Nice view from the inside.

Thank you for another great video! Those flight deck operations when looked at from the outside appears to be chaos but is quite well controlled. Lots going on! Thank you for what you do! Fly Navy!

Love the ‘Double Signature Move’ I’ve not seen it in the air as yet. Maybe now you are training with another pilot in the front you can practise it for when you get back into the “G”

I'd love to buy you a beer man. But I'm in the UK. 😮😮😮 Love your vids. I flew the Jet Provost mk 4 ,and 5 trainers in ths RAF in the 70's. Long time ago. Went from the UK to RAF Wildenwrath in Germany during the cold war. This was the last days of the Harrier VTOL. Great machines. We always had the V bombers there of course. We had two in the compound called "Q". We were on s 4 minute standby.....24 hours a day. All togged up ready to go. Those were the days. Wildenwrath doesn't exist anymore but I still have good memories of those days. Thanks for all you vids. They are great.😅😅😅😅
