Hey Friend I've enjoyed your videos and tips a lot. I noticed that my profile strength went from green to yellow at 89% I have everything in my profile because it was all complete and suddenly this year I see it's yellow. When I click Complete info the only thing that suggests is to have a custom Gmail. I have it already but not through google. So how can I get back to my green circle?
hi, and thanks for the question. seems a little strange for it to go to a Amber. the only real way I could help I'd to look at it with you. feel free to book me in my calendar and we can take a look and locate some ways to improve the profile as well as fix the green circle issue. it's unlikely to be the email domain card.

Hi Zanet, I have someone who keeps harassing my business google page. At this point it’s become more of a liability rather than an asset. How do I remove my google business page. I don’t want it to show up online anymore
Have you tried reporting the harassment as there is a simple way to do this
How do I prove it? The issue I'm having is someone keeps making fake profiles and leaving negative reviews. I've managed to now get three removed, but there are 2 that google would not remove @@ZanetDesign
Are you being harassed by one person? Or by different people? Are you getting fake reviews, vulgar messages, or both? Either way, try contacting Google (if you can) and have them call you and explain them your situation. If you get a good representative, he or she will block or remove the user's account and/or remove the damages done to your business. If done by different people, it's a bit more difficult to save your Google Business page.
Poor quality audio and low volume.
Yes there were quite a few issues with the recording software but hopefully the value of content is worth it

what would be the best way to run a google add, is it to show up in the local map pack or as a local services adds?
Thanks for your questions. I agree keyword in business names is a little grey and should be done knowing it may well change in a future algorithm, then your stuck with a long business name, so for long term its not always the best strategy.

I have a question, I have a gravestone business where most of my customers come into my shop to pick up their gravestone but for many of them we go out and install them and as well we also make date updates. We are a store front and a service business and our customers come from as much as 300 miles away. Do you have any advice on how to set up my Busines Profile? Thank you.
