Hey, I have a question. In the performance section (at the bottom) we have “Users who have viewed your business profile”. There we have the devices (smartphone and computer) and platform (Google Search and Google Maps). Is there any information about it? For example, what is best for restaurants, for dentists, etc etc.

So i have just filmed a video for my members on this and it will be uploaded this week, so its a great question.
I would say its likely to change depending on the type of customer and what there needs are. Most customers will be out and about searching for a coffee shop as its an unplanned search on a mobile, where as putting an autocar into a garage for a check may be planned on a desktop from home. ultimately these details tell you how you are found, so with that in mind your posts, emails, marketing campaigns and offers, should have the audience in mind. so a website that isn't mobile friendly would be a real bad situation if over 50% of your customers were finding you in those stats on a mobile...does that make sense?
