Google profiles are only able to display one language. it's best to use the one most popular for your customers. it then depends on visitors browser settings as to weather they get a translated display in there browser

Hey, I'm kinda stumped when it comes to improving my ranking for my business at the moment. Going to watch your 5 hour course, but before I get to that. I was wondering if you could provide some insight. There is a local business near me that is absolutely dominating the seo for the keywords I am trying to target. But this business's Google Business profile isn't even fully complete. Has no hours of operation, no services, no products, no chat turned on, a 6 word description, and less reviews than every other company On bright local it shows them number one with several keywords, and within the top 3 for the rest My question is, how exactly are they ranking so high?? They have 600 pictures and are the oldest company in my profession in the targeted area ( 3 years old).

Zanet Does Google only show three companies in your country too? Here in Brazil, the “see more companies” button was removed. No matter how many other businesses are on that place, it only shows three 😩
Yes I found the same here locally in UK, so this is common where specific categories have specific layouts. Google often experiments. i don't know why the Q and A don't show , but its still worth adding as it may show on a future layout change

nothing obvious here, if I understand correctly, I presume you have made sure you logged in with the same manager username and profile?
Isnt it against the rule for owners to ask questions and answer it by themselves?

In my google business panel, the social media icons doesn’t exist. Please sir suggest me how to show these icons as shows in your panel?
That's a new feature so maybe its not rolled out to all countries? What country and primary category is your business registered to?
My country is India and primary category is web designer

With my searches i get "More businesses" button after 3 or 4 showing in the UK search
it disappeared for around 24 hours, pretty much everywhere. It's all back to normal now.
